The location was excellent and the house was pretty neat, the pool was clean and temperature comfortable. The communication with administration was good and helpful. But I felt it was lacking supplies like toilet paper, garabage bags and a broom with tray not a big deal.

Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. House on a busy street but not too noisy. Half bath entrance is next to the pool - not inside the house. No umbrella on the pool deck.

Location is really nice. The carpets are very stained up. Damage on the walls and ceiling in one room. No remote for 1 bedroom.
