A-Bear's Anchor is close to the beach and has beautiful view of the gulf from the large inviting deck. Walk inside to a spacious living room with wrap-around sofa and large flat screen TV. Dining table has seating for 8 and kitchen has long bar with additional seating. Kitchen is completely stocked (blender and regular drip coffee pot) with plenty of room for food preparation and entertaining. All modern appliances include microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There are 2 bedrooms each on either side of the common room and a full large bath separates each set of bedrooms. Your children will love the pirate-themed bunk bed room while the adults will appreciate the king sized beds in each of the other 3 bedrooms. House features high-speed internet and satellite tv.

Small dogs (35 pounds or less) allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Beautiful Property, great location, comfy beds and furnishings. Loved that the street is only beach accessed by walking, golf cart or atv. Great views. I spent alot of time cleaning. Urine ALL over the house, and the house just not cleaned. I wont list it all. We had one minor issue early in the week, we called, and they didn't come. Overall would still do it again.
