Ready to accommodate your beach retreat, this four-bedroom/two-full-bath home places you on a quiet street just a short stroll to the ocean’s edge. On the ground level, there’s the extra convenience of an outdoor shower. A few steps up brings you to a classic front porch, the perfect spot to start your day with freshly brewed coffee or while away an afternoon with a good book. Step inside the sitting room and discover timeless surroundings highlighted by tasteful antiques and a wood-lined ceiling that adds extra ambient warmth. To the right, a separate den provides more modern furnishings and a Smart TV to enjoy a relaxing evening of entertainment. A large dining room with a beautiful eight-seat dining table will inspire many memorable meals to come, all easily prepared in the nicely equipped and updated kitchen. The first of the home’s bedrooms, a master king with ensuite bath is also located on this level. The remaining bedrooms — two queens and a room with two single beds — are located on the top level and served by a full hallway bath.

Thanksgiving get away

This is our second time there. Only negative thing is, could use some sprucing up like painting the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom and a few other small things. And get a better TV, satellite system. It took us a while to get it turned on, we had to reboot it. Other than that, we love the place!

Beautiful House!

The location, history and design of the house, and the provided kitchen appliances were perfect. The website listing said it's 1 mile from the water but it's only .2 miles - really close! Communication with the Rental Agency was very difficult. We called with questions multiple times both before and during the trip and no one ever answered the phone. If someone did get back to us it was days later. An insect control company showed up to spray for bugs inside the house and we had no notice from anyone. The check in process what not clear. I was told that only the individual who signed the lease could pick up the keys but that ended up not being the case. Also, it was not communicated where I was supposed to leave the keys at check out.

A very cozy home :-)

We loved everything about the house! I liked reading about the history of how the house came be be. The owener did a beautiful job, on the details and decor!! The only thing, that could use an update was the stereo, and coffee maker. When we stayed the TV did not work, but I'm sure it was fixed as soon as we left. We would love to return, to this home. Thank You, Cathey
