The second level offers a kitchen with an island and everything you need to cook with and serve with. Living and dining area with access to the sundeck, half bath.

What makes this property unique
My house has panoramic views of the sound. you can sit and relax having coffee or a cold beverage and relax on either deck. You can walk to the ocean or a short ways south of the house there is a bath house area to park and go to the beach, or a bit further up there is a parking area to go to the sound or ocean. Kite boarding can be seen at times from the decks and very short ride to shopping, dining,docks and beaches and ferry to ride to Ocracoke for the day.
