Spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath Beach Front Condo directly on the Gulf!

Spectacular, unobstructed views from two large private balconies. The perfect vacation rental just steps from the beach!

Wake up to views of the sunrise over the Gulf from the master bedroom, then stroll on the sandy shore or enjoy a leisurely morning on one of the two balconies. Ready to relax? Unwind with a glass of wine, enjoy the sunset from your balcony, or walk to Peg Leg Pete's for dinner.

Our condo is in Starboard Village, a smaller complex directly on the beach. Condo is on the top two floors of the building, the 3rd and 4th floors. There is not an elevator in the building, but the Gulf views are worth the climb!

We have another identical condo a few doors down, vrbo/855961.

Please Note: Minimum age requirement is 25 years old and he/she must physically occupy the Unit for the entire time of the reservation. Maximum number of guests is six (exceptions can be made for babies and very young children if requested.) Please contact us if you have any questions. No pets allowed.

This was our third year staying in various rentals in the Pensacola Beach/Navarre Beach area, this rental was by far the best! The place is clean, well maintained and fully outfitted with a well equipped kitchen and a garage full of beach gear as well as a decent Weber gas grill. The pool is unheated, yet refreshing and offers a good alternative from the beach. You just can’t beat the views from the decks or the sound of the waves at night! We walked to a great seafood restaurant just a few blocks away one night, the rest of Pensacola Beach dining and nightlife is a very short drive away. For being so close to it all, this is a great quiet, safe and private getaway. Jill was a great communicator - overall perfect for our family of 4(kids 6&7) I would highly recommend and hope we can make it back someday.

This is the best beach condo I have ever stayed in. The view was amazing , you had a two car garage to park and store you beach gear so you didn't have to carry it up the stairs or drag sand in. It has bikes, paddle board and a tandem kayak and all the beach gear you could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked and little things like soap dispensers at every sink, paper towels, coffee filters and k cups made it very welcoming. The host was great to work with in regards to communication and check in process. This condo is also in my favorite part of the beach. Comfortable beds and super clean make this one of the best places you can stay!

This property is absolutely gorgeous. The views from both balconies is what you dream of when staying on the gulf. The owner is very kind and great to deal with. My wife and I had a wonderful week. We cooked a few meals in the large, beautiful kitchen as well. We hope to return as soon as possible.

This two-story oceanfront condo was absolutely everything we hoped for and more! The views alone are breathtaking—you can literally step outside and feel like the beach is your backyard. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunsets right from the balcony made this stay unforgettable.The layout was perfect, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Having a two-car garage was such a bonus, especially for unloading and keeping everything organized. What really set this place apart was all the extras—there were tons of games, beach toys, chairs, and even bikes available, which made it so easy to enjoy every part of our trip without having to bring or rent anything.Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for guests. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with a luxury beachside experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway right on the water!

Great beach getaway!

Condo had everything we needed, pictures were accurate, beds were comfortable, so close to the beach. Great views from the balconies. From the moment we walked through the front door we knew we made the right choice for our Pensacola Beach vacation. The condo is very nice (10 out of 10 for sure) and the views of the beach and gulf from the two balconies is spectacular. The condo is well equipped (kitchen, washer and dryer, bicycles (5), beach umbrellas (2), beach chairs (4), & beach toys). I had the chance to meet the owner on the beach one day. She is very friendly and is available if you need anything. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Incredible location and view! I booked this for my family (wife, mom, sister, brotherIL and niece). We’re beach bums so being less than 20 yards from being on the beach was the highlight for us. This place is absolutely amazing!! Great communication with the owner, she was kind enough to let us check in a little early. This condo is spotless, has an amazing view from both balconies, right on the beach. So sad I had to go home.
