Beautiful Second Story Flat with tropical breezes off the ocean

Casa de Sueños Tropicales is a two unit house that sits in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the main street shops, restaurants and the beach. When you first arrive you open the property door to a spacious sunny yard with a turquoise pool and lounge chairs surrounded by colorful flowers and green tropical plants.
A flight of stairs on the right side of the property takes you to the Second Floor Flat. In the front of this flat is a private balcony viewing the pool area, a large field that leads to the ocean and the scenic neighborhood. This unit also features 11 ft ceilings, a large kitchen and living space with traditional furniture, local artwork and a 55’’ TV. Each bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom. The back bedroom windows open to a beautiful breeze and the gorgeous views of the San Pancho landscape.
This newly built house is fresh and welcoming. We hope you will come and stay in our beautiful casa and enjoy this wonderful Mexican beach village.

Great flat in San Pancho

San Poncho week

Comfortable condo that was nicely decorated. The pool was small and we didn’t think we’d use it until we realized how warm it got!! It was clean and we did enjoy a dip especially since the ocean is pretty wild in San Poncho. Conveniently located in the town.

Great stay in San Pancho!

We stayed at this lovely apartment for the Music Festival weekend. It is a beautiful condo, well furnished with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Even beach umbrellas are available. It is a delight! I would not hesitate to recommend this for your next stay. Thanks to Jeff and Jhoana and also the staff who keep the place meticulously clean. We will definitely be back!

Thanks for the great review David. We are happy to have you back. When we designed the house we wanted a traditional design with modern conveniences. We are now adding more comfortable pillows to the Equipales couches and we are discussing going to Guadalajara this summer to buy a more conformable sofa in both flats for next season. Bare minimum

House was beautiful. Pots and pans not 100% clean. The pool was tiny! The WiFi was not working which the property manager blew off by saying- “it’s México”. An alternate location would have been helpful to know. Property manager appeared distracted & did not really care claiming it “was very busy with numerous people checking in”. There were no basics like shampoo, etc. And there was no blow dryer! I was shocked and angry. That was so unwelcoming and stingy. In the offering it claimed to be much closer than the 15 mi ute walk to the beach. There was no hot water. The owner was very responsive and gracious but it seemed like extra work to have to contact him to get property management to respond to me. If it was my property I would find a new property management company.

I grew up in NJ by the shore and learned to love everything about the beach. I went to William Patterson University just outside New York City and majored in music as a classical vocalist. After college I have lived in many places in the states for work. I am back in NJ now but travel internationally for work and pleasure on a constant basis. Thanks to my aunt, I found San Pancho 10 years ago and fell in love with it. I go back at least twice a year.

Why they chose this property

I have been coming to San Pancho for over 10 years with my aunt and have enjoyed this beautiful fishing village for its great restaurant, shops, beach, and most of all its welcoming people. Last year my aunt and I decided to build a house to rent and we have finally finished it for you to enjoy. The downtown area can be very lively at night, Casa de Sueños Troplicales sits only a 5-10 minute walk away in a quite serene neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

When we built Casa de Sueños Troplicales, we new we wanted to make it spacious with high ceilings and bright with very tall windows. With the windows open, you get a nice breeze throughout the house. We added arched windows and doorways throughout the house. The tile in the kitchen and the bathrooms are a showpiece on their own. We placed art throughout the house purchased from artists in the region.
