Charming Diamond villa - 180 ° sea view - 200 m beach and shops

Villa Mitan Bleu is our second home.
It is a charming house of 140 m2, quiet that we are happy to share. It is decorated with care and the atmosphere is refined.
The environment is privileged. The village of Diamant is very popular: the bay and the Morne Larcher are exceptional sites.
The house has a beautiful view of the sea and the Diamond Rock. Everything is accessible on foot: 200 m from the beach and shops.
On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms overlook the 400m2 garden (2 double beds and 3 single beds), WC and bathroom Italian shower and outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Upstairs: living room - lounge - terrace - fully equipped kitchen - WC).
Air blowers and natural ventilation.

Nice house in a good location

We recently spent 2 weeks in Mitan Bleu, its a lovely house on the edge of Diamont, and perfect for exploring the island of Martinique. The balcony gives a good view of the Diamont rock, with St Lucia in the distance on a clear day, and the garden offers space for relaxing and enjoying the sun. A short walk into Diamont gives access to supermarket, the covered market, and all the shops you need, along with the long stretch of sand that is Diamont beach.

Vacances magnifiques

Villa très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur Le Diamant. Maison très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire utile. Les Propriétaires et la personne contact en Martinique sont très gentils. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Maison très agréable avec ve époustouflante

La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée: épicerie, matériel de cuisine, linge de maison. Elle est idéalement située et loin de l'agitation, sauf celles des grenouilles et insectes.

Concernant les grenouilles et insectes, vous parlez sûrement des sons de la nuit tropicale et en particulier du chant de l’hylode de la Martinique.Les volets traditionnels , persiennes, assurent la ventilation y compris la nuit : ils ne protègent de ce fait pas complètement des chants nocturnes caractéristiques de l’île..

Très bon emplacement, une magnifique vue sur le diamant, des espaces corrects pour 5 personnes. Petit bémol: le grille-pain ne fonctionnait pas, ainsi qu'une plaque de cuisson, mais ça reste du détail pour le séjour passé.

Top location

La maison est très agréable à vivre , très bien équipée, avec une belle décoration et une super vue ! Le village du diamant est vraiment idéal. Pas trop touristique, il a su garder un charme authentique et néanmoins toutes les commodités et commerces sont présents. Le centre est accessible à pied de la maison en 10 minutes.

Un vrai plaisir !

La maison est un vrai plaisir ! La vue sur mer est à couper le souffle et c’est un bonheur d’ouvrir toute la terrasse le matin ! Les chambres sont très confortables et bien aérées, heureusement qu’il y a les moustiquaires ! Nous avions besoin de deux lits bébés et la personne qui nous a accueillis a trouvé un lit supplémentaire sans problème, vraiment merci. La maison est très bien équipée et l’on sent que l’on est réellement accueillis chez quelqu’un et pas un air bnb uniquement loué. Il y a le nécessaire d’épicerie, la petite enceinte Bluetooth est un vrai plus, merci ! La boulangerie et l’épicerie sont à quelques minutes à pied c’est très pratique. Nous nous étions juste mal renseignés sur la plage à proximité qui n’est pas du tout praticable pour des jeunes enfants, mais le charme de la maison a réparé notre erreur ! Merci encore.

Une villa très agréable dans un cadre magnifique

Jolie villa de style créole très bien aménagée, tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable est mis à disposition (guides, brochures d'excursion, parasol...) La vue est magnifique ainsi que le jardin.

Maison très agréable

Maison très bien située pour parcourir l île et à proximité des commerces. Très confortable à l' intérieur et très bien équipée (manque peut être juste un micro ondes, mais pour le reste on n'a manqué de rien). Vue magnifique sur le rocher du Diamant. Espace extérieur également très agréable. En bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Très bon séjour

Très agréable séjour dans cette maison! Situation géographique parfaite, magnifique vue du balcon. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Le seul point négatif est qu’elle ne possède pas de vitres, les moustiques rentrent, la lumière du jour également...Manque d’isolation sonore entre les pièces.

Séjour de rêve dans une maison conviviale et pleine de charme

adresse à retenir pour nos prochaines escapades loin de la Métropole. la vue est exceptionnelle et la maison est très accueillante. elle est décorée avec soin et beaucoup de goût. Pour les propriétaires qui louent leur maison de vacances comme nous, il y a beaucoup d'idées à retenir. le linge de maison est fourni en quantité plus que suffisante et tous les ustensiles sont disponibles. la maison bien ventilée ce qui justifie l'absence de climatisation; enfin, il y a tellement de choses à visiter autour que nous pouvons tout à fait vivre sans télé. seul bémol, le chemin pour arriver à la maison est très chaotique. toutefois, nous pensons déjà à notre prochain séjour dans votre maison. Merci pour tout et à la prochaine, en espérant vous rencontrer;

Très jolie villa Spacieuse et bien équipée ( vaisselle, linge de maison). superbe cadre.

La villa est très agréable à vivre, très bien aménagée (Avec une belle terrasse en hauteur avec vue imprenable sur le rocher, les lits à baldaquin équipés de moustiquaires, avec la douche extérieure, de très bons livres..) et ventilée naturellement . La villa est au calme, mais suffisamment proche des restaurants, de la grande plage, de la pharmacie et du marché .
