Newly renovated 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath located on beautiful Thompson Creek, Kent Island, Chesapeake Bay. Spectacular views of the sunset and easy access to crabbing, boating, fishing, 13 miles of bike and hike trails, beautiful beaches, excellent golfing, and several state parks. Space for two vehicles. Kent Island is renowned for its excellent restaurants and bars. Walk to shops and grocery store. Only 20 minutes to Historical Annapolis, and only 50 minutes to DC and to Baltimore. 25 minutes to the BWI airport. Boat slip is included!! Public launch is 5 minutes from the property.
