Hilton Head Resort is a gated community with 24 hour security. Our condo is located in building 1 on the first floor. You are only steps away from the heated pool, deli /gift shop and outdoor bar. You can walk to the beach on our private boardwalk and enjoy the salt marsh views, where you can see Egrets, Herons, and crabs or ride on our free golf cart shuttle for an easy why to get to the beach.

Once you arrive at the beach, our resort has a volleyball court,an oceanfront bar and grill called Cocos and restrooms, not to mention the amazing beach.

There are 3 swimming pools on site. One outside at building 1 with a store, deli/gift shop and an outdoor bar. One outside at Bldg. 4 and the indoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna , exercise room, game area and walking track at Bldg.3. Building 2 has a rooftop sun deck.

Our condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Living room and dining room furniture are all new. There are flat screen tvs in both bedrooms and in the living room. Wifi is also available. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for cooking. Condo has starter up supplies (paper towels,toilet paper and dish soap.)Nice dining area.

Beach items are all located under bldg1 in my storage. It is storage #1124. The code for lock is 1951. There are toys, boogie board, noodles, games for beach, tent for beach, shibumi, cabana, chairs, umbrellas, umbrella tents and a wagon to haul your things in. All you need is your lotion and towels .The beautiful beach is waiting for you.

Our unit is smoke free, but there are designated smoking areas at the resort. Pets are not allowed.

Please follow all rules for the resort. You are responsible if you break rules.

There are 6 tennis courts, badminton courts, pickle ball court, picnic area and grills at building 4, and bike rentals on the island that deliver to the resort. There is also washer and dryers located in each building on second and fourth floors near the elevators.

There is a lot to do on the island. Golf, fishing trips, dolphin tours, parasailing, helicopter rides, sightseeing , great shopping , great restaurants, or just enjoying the beautiful beach.

Hilton Head Island is very family friendly. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoy it when we are there. Hilton Head Resort is our Happy Place and I hope that it will be your also.

The Hilton Head Resort shuttle run schedule is as follows:

April and September last shuttle runs at 6:00pm

The resort has a bicycle rental at building 2.
There is a game room in buildings 3.

Great Location and Perfect For Our Needs

This location had a great view of the pool, deli and bar area as well as being centrally located to all the restaurants we were interested in. Perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 2 toddlers and the walk to the beach was just long enough to get some exercise after a heavy seafood meal;) Would recommend and would stay again! Beach Getaway

The property was clean and exactly as pictured. The host was fantastic and responsive to any questions. The beach was a short walk away and the pool was just steps away. My husband, myself, and our seven year-old son loved everything about the condo. We made great memories and hope to come back!

Hilton Head Resort

Our family stayed for two days. The pools were heated, both indoor and outdoor, which was great since it was a little cold for the beach during our stay. We also had buoyed the sauna and steam room. The host was very responsive and the condo was clean. It was also in close proximity to bike ride to grocery stores and shopping.

wonderful experience

Property was as listed. We had a problem with the air conditioning, but after speaking with the owner the condition was immediately corrected. I have nothing but great things to say about our stay and of the owner. We are already looking to come back to Hilton Head and when we do we will be staying nowhere but here!

Great little comfy condo

This is a great condo. I really liked that it was in bldg 1 with the pool and had a front sitting area. After the beach, we'd sit out front, in the shade, cool off and people watch. Deanna had everything you need for a beach day, I especially appreciated the beach buggy to cart everything down to the beach in. Deanna was great at responding and very accommodating of our request. Totally recommend.

Low Key Beach Vibe on HHI

Enjoyed our stay in this low key, seriously beach themed decorated 2br condo. Well stocked kitchen with both old school basket drip and Keurig pod coffee makers. Conveniently located for on and off island day trips. Lots of kids at the pool during our June stay, so recommend a stay during the school year for quieter times. But very quiet once pool hours over, so good nights sleeping. Handy beach shuttle. Cocos on the Beach highly recommended bar and grill! When the island calls, we'll be back.

This was our second stay at the HHR. This condo was superior to the one we stayed at in 2022. Although the condo is on the small side for five, two adults 3 teenagers, it still worked. First floor in building 1 is in my opinion where you want to be. Beach locker is directly below the room and has everything you need, at least six nice beach chairs, 3 wagons, tons of toys, and most importantly a shibumi.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo looked just like the pictures online. It had everything that we would ever need. It was well stocked with beach chairs and beach cart and toys and anything you would need for the beach. The owner was wonderful, very easy to work with and communicate with. Multiple stays

Me and my family love this property. We would visit my grandfather and we’ve stayed in this condo multiple times. It’s the best bang for your buck in all of Hilton Head Island! The condo is always well-stocked and they even have necessities you wouldn’t have that about (first aid kit, for example.) I love that the beach is within walking distance and the bridge over the swamplands to the beach is a highlight. Also the pool areas, saunas, and play space for kids makes every hour on vacation fun. I definitely recommend this place!

Disappointed.

Overall the stay was satisfactory. The condo had room enough for two people. The condo was clean but needed updated with a coat of paint, etc. Ample towels and wash cloths were provided. The location was close to resturants and activities.The kitchen had sufficient cutlery and pans. The only reason a 3 star instead of a higher rating was given was because the tv in the living room did not work. Although the host was notified nothing was done to repair it. Very disappointing and inconvenient.
