Beautiful Villa by the Ocean! A perfect getaway!

YOUR VACATION HOME AWAY FROM HOME: This top-notch condo is freshly updated yearly and is located in BUILDING 1! Our non-smoking, pet-free, spacious 3 bedroom end unit has everything you need to unwind, including reading & video libraries, and games & puzzles. All of the appliances are updated, including YOUR OWN washer/dryer. The fully stocked kitchen has seating at the bar for 3, while the dining room has 6 chairs and a bench for 2-3 more. The private patio off of the den is complete with a table and chairs. The living room has a 40' HD flatscreen for you to enjoy on rainy days or during the evenings with cable and DVD/VCR. There is wood flooring throughout the condo.

For those that want to stay connected our villa has WIRELESS INTERNET, already included in your rate. No need to go out of the condo to do that kind of surfing!

The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, 32' HD flatscreen cable television with DVD/VCR player and a pillow-top queen size bed. There is also a private bath with a tub and shower. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan, a pillow-top queen bed and 28' HD flatscreen cable television. A full bath is around the corner. The third bedroom is ideal for kids with two sets of bunk beds.

Our condo comes with a beach storage locker located under building one. Guests are welcome to use any beach items in the storage locker. Items available typically include several beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys as well as a beach wagon to tote everything to the beach. Guests are welcome to store their own beach items in the locked storage area as well.

THE BEACH: Our beach, via one of the few private beach access points on the island, is never crowded. The 5 minute walk across the private boardwalk over the saltwater marsh is stunning. Enjoy the views of wildlife, and of the Robert Trent Jones golf course at Palmetto Dunes. The Folly off to the left on the beach is quite spectacular! Coco's, the only private beach side cabana bar, will have everything you might want while enjoying the beach - food, beverages, tables & stools, a break from the sun, and restrooms! The 6-8 passenger BEACH SHUTTLE can take you to and from the beach if you should choose to forgo walking. The boardwalk also has footlights if you'd like to enjoy the beach by moonlight, or the nightlife at Coco's. There is a beach lifeguard on duty during the summer season. Chair and umbrella rentals are also available through the lifeguard.

AMENITIES ON THE PROPERTY: The resort has two outdoor pools (the larger one is heated), one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, an indoor hot tub, sauna, indoor jogging track, workout room, six lighted tennis courts, a pickle ball court, badminton court, picnic tables and grills, on-site convenience store and deli, a sand volleyball court at the beach, elevators, and free parking. All of this is included in your rate!

Hilton Head Resort is a 24-hour gated beach community convenient to bike paths, golf courses, putt putt golf, marinas, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, boat cruises, theatres, museums, etc. We are located mid-island, very close to Shelter Cove Towne Center.

We take great pride in our condo. Our cleaning and maintenance companies are wonderful, and we were just here in April to finish the spring cleaning, relax, and unwind. Come and be our guest!

Note: We do provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, and bar hand soap. Please be aware that you will need to bring additional supplies for longer stays. Beach towels are not provided.
