This Owner-built villa means that every detail was thought of taking advantage of spectacular ocean views, all the comforts of home, and more. Located in Coral Bay on the East end of St. John out on the laid back private peninsula of Fortsberg with quick access to the Virgin Islands National Park beaches and hiking trails. Spend your days out exploring and return home with the serene sound of the ocean on warm nights as you sit under the gazebo or relax pool-side on the patio.

This villa offers many pockets of tranquility:


Two lower-level private king bedrooms with full baths and private decks.
The upper living quarters include a beautiful master king suite, complete with an outdoor shower!
Also on the main floor is a full kitchen with all the amenities and a relaxing living room with a flat-screen TV. A/C throughout the home.
Beautiful views from every room are priceless as you look over the reef to the many blues beyond.

The home is located just a short walk from the historic Fortsberg Battery where giant iron cannons lay idle over crystal clear waters with turtles rising.
