Beautiful Vacation Home on Lake Cumberland, Monticello, KY

Entirely renovated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom 2 level home completely furnished for your vacation stay and minutes away from Conley Bottom located on Hwy. 1275, just 1 mile from Mill Springs State Park, and only 3.2 miles from Conley Bottom Resort Marina. This little gem is perfect for your vacation stay.
Arrive to clean, comfortable beds already made. Each bedroom has very nice clean linens and pillows, plenty of hangers, an extra blanket, and a luggage rack. Hardwood and tile floors are throughout the house. Plenty of fresh, clean towels are available.
The main floor family room has plenty of seating, a 50"Flat Screen Smart TV, and blu-ray dvd player. Sliding doors open onto the large deck with a patio table for 6 (with umbrella).
A fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and two bedrooms with gorgeous lake views, queen beds, and sliding glass doors that open onto the deck make up the main floor. Free Fiber optic Wi-Fi.
The walk-out lower level has family room with 55" Flat Screen Smart TV and blu-ray dvd player, sectional sofa, and a table area to play cards and games. The bar offers gorgeous lake views with extra seating for eating or playing puzzles & games. Having 2 family rooms provides a GREAT PLACE FOR THE KIDS TO HANG OUT while adults relax in the other!! The third bedroom has a comfortable full size bed, and the second bathroom is on the lower level. A large capacity washer and dryer ready for use in the laundry room. In 2021 we added a nice brand new Weber gas grill ready to use on the lower patio. 2 Hammocks are provided for relaxing!
This vacation home is ready to help make your vacation extra memorable!!
There is a large yard, basketball goal, horseshoe court, corn hole boards, and board games to play when you are ready for a break from the lake. A fire pit with chairs & firewood we provide is ready for relaxing around the fire, making s'mores and memories.
The LONG driveway behind the house gives super easy access on and off the highway and plenty of parking room for boats & trailers, with more parking in the front driveway.

Family Lake Vacation @ Lake Cumberland

2nd time we stayed here, it is so convenient to the lake and our family that stays at Connely Bottom. The house is so clean, cozy, and makes you feel right at home. It has so much to offer to a family to gather around a campfire, play games outdoors or even indoors. We will always try and rent this home at least one time every summer to make memmories.

Great Stay

This was our second stay at the property. It’s in a great location for the lake and it’s always well kept. You can even get some looks at the lake through the trees. We will be back again this summer!

Why they chose this property

We had admired this property for years, so when we saw it had a for sale sign in the yard we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to own it. We totally renovated it, inside and out. We added a large deck, with sliding glass doors to access it and admire the wonderful view, turned the carport into a living room, new drywall, painted, repainted & added cabinets, and more.
Our youngest daughter lived here for 3 years after college, and when she married and moved we decided it was time to offer it as a vacation rental.

What makes this property unique

This little gem has room galore. Guests will be amazed how much more room it has than it looks. It sits on a large lot, with tons of privacy. Birds and wildlife are often seen-squirrels, deer, opossum, raccoons, foxes. Sit on the deck and enjoy the peace and the view, or nap in the hammock-you will love the quiet and privacy. Or sit around the firepit and enjoy the evening with a nice fire-we even provide the firewood for you!
