We now have 4 amazing properties directly above the Jamestown Marina and 2 boat ramps..
Come and check out our renovated lake house that sits above the Jamestown Resort & Marina on beautiful Lake Cumberland. It is nestled in the edge the woods on a dead end road in the Harbor Springs Community with only a few residence so no through traffic, creating a quiet vacation retreat. Our home is fully equipped for your family and friends. We have a huge concrete driveway that will fit multiple cars, trucks or suvs. There is plenty of room to park your boat, personal watercraft or trailer if you choose to dock your boat for the weekend.

The house has an open floor plan which we love and is great for cooking, entertaining, playing games, chilling, etc.. The main floor has one large bedroom (King Bed) with attached full bath, kitchen, living room, laundry/pantry. The second floor has an awesome view of the downstairs from the overlooking breezeway that leads to each of the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has 1 queen bed and a bunk bed with plenty of room to spare. It has has an attached full bath that also opens to the second upstairs bedroom. The second bedroom has a king bed. There are ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms and the main living room area. All Bedrooms have TVs and DVD players for your entertaining needs.

House was just what we needed with two families. Had everything we needed amenities wise! Driveway was big enough for our boat trailer to be dropped and multiple cars.

Place is on great spot nice and clean only few small things they need to work on #1 the Internet it’s not very reliable# 2 the showers and the bathroom's we’re getting clogged I had to pay to get a plunger deliver also we couldn’t use the bathrooms or run water on Saturday. We had to leave very early on Sunday so we can go to a bathroom.

Thanks for staying with us! First, i was not aware of any internet issue nor have i ever had an internet issue at this property so for future reference let the home owner or someone know there is an issue before giving bad reviews! If we dont know about it we cant fix it! Yes there was a water back up bc excessive toilette paper was built up entering the septic tank outside the house. I was not made aware of the water in the downstairs tub until 9pm the night before check-out and i was out of town at a funeral so i could not get to the property or get anyone to look at it until the next morning. It was fixed in 15 mins the following morning! Some things are out of our control! I am sorry for the inconvience and hope you have a better experience next time! Thank You! Jared

Beautiful rental!

We loved staying at this rental. It had everything we needed and the place was about 5-10 minutes away from Jamestown Marina. We will definitely look into this place for future family trips.
