Ocean front property in a private area of the beach, beautiful sunsets, Walk the beach 1/8 mile to the Rincon of the seas hotel, 1/4 mile to the Villa Cofresi Sea hotel and Villa Antonio. Jet ski, paddle board, kayak, and other water sport rentals a short walk on the beach. full kitchen, internet, cable TV, washer/dryer, barbecue grill. One master bedroom with king size bed on the first floor with a second bedroom with two queen size beds and full bath. One master bedroom with king size bed on the second floor with a second bedroom with two queen size beds and full bath. The second floor has a sitting area with coach and love seat with a TV and a outside sitting area to make this house perfect for two families.
Note: The beach comes and goes throughout different times of the year but public beach access is next door.

Wonderful house! The host provides all the beach essentials you need for a wonderful stay. The rooms are clean, and the facilities work great. The ceiling fans and room AC units make for cool nights. The kitchen has the basics, but you will need to shop for a few essentials. The bathrooms are clean and supplied with hand soap.

We had a great stay at this Rincon property. The house itself is huge, comfortable, and very well set up for a relaxing trip. Everything worked smoothly the entire time… no issues with power or water, which made a big difference.The location is hard to beat. It’s right on the beach and feels private and exclusive, but still close to everything. The beach out front is beautiful, and we loved having easy access to jet ski rentals, a nearby street market, and plenty of food options. There’s also a grocery store super close, and Rincon downtown is just a short drive away.The house came stocked with extras like chairs, boards, and games, which made it easy to just settle in and enjoy. Beds were comfortable, and overall it was a really easy place to unwind.Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our time in this home, and its location ON the water cant be beat. This house has everything - amazing communication, smooth checkin, super clean home throughout, great ACs in each bedroom and ON THE BEACH location. We were blown away. Amazing stay in paradise

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The accommodations were perfect for a family and the beach was amazing! You can’t beat the location. Another great stay on the beach

Family loves this house, its location on the beach and the many things to do within a short drive or even walking distance. Everything worked great, even the a/c. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Host was communicative and had no problems. We can't wait to come back.

Location

Can’t beat the location of this being steps to the ocean. Home was simple but large and clean- plenty of room for a family. Location was close to everything you need. The only thing that would have been nice is if we were left with some detergent and extra toilet paper and trash bags so we didn’t have to buy those supplies/ but overall a great stay. Would definitely go back to Rincon and stay in this home! Thank you for having us!

Best beach house ever!

Great home right on the best stretch of beach in Rincon. All sand on shore and 100m out before some incredible reef for snorkeling. Walking distance to downtown and tons of food options.
