Breathtaking ocean views can be had from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and master bedroom in this updated beachfront condo in Fernandina Beach on world renown Amelia Island. You're just steps from the award-winning beach where you can sunbathe, surf, fish, enjoy jogging or leisurely walks, or just watch the kids build sandcastles. Located just off the coast of northeast Florida, Amelia Island is easy to reach, but hard to forget. With 13 miles of beautiful beaches, abundant native wildlife, and pristine waters, this barrier island has long been a beloved destination for visitors and residents alike.

This convenient first floor end unit with desirable southern exposure features a spacious master bedroom with ocean-facing windows and king bed. The second bedroom contains two twin beds. Fully-equipped and well stocked kitchen with a washer-dryer. Free Wi-Fi, high definition cable TV (two flat screen TVs) and telephone. A private boardwalk shower is available to rinse off the saltwater and sand. The condo has ground level covered parking.

Local owner takes pride in providing the best vacation experience possible. Just a few of the many updates to this unit include: Premium grade luxury vinyl plank flooring, all new paint, new Sealy Posturepedic Performance king size mattress, new sofa and chair in living room, and new electrical wiring to allow for ceiling fan installation in living room and bedrooms (just to name a few)..

This property is exactly as described. Extremely clean and has all the comforts of home. The balcony has a perfect view of the beach. The view from the master bedroom allows you to witness the sunrise without even getting out of the bed. Candace (host) was very easy to work with. The check-in/check-out was seamless. Overall a perfect vacation! I WILL BE BACK!!

The condo is conveniently located to the beach as well as downtown Fernandina. The balcony is a wonderful place to watch the sunrise and to end your evening sitting outside. The host was quick to respond.

Great place to stay for an ocean view. They have a new elevator which worked great. Candice & Phil were great hosts. We had to contact them only once but they solved the problem quickly! Would stay here again for sure.

Relaxing January

Great location on the beach and close to downtown Fernandina Beach. The condo was comfortable with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. The stove is electric and dated; however, other appliances are fine. Amelia Island is a wonderful vacation location.

Anniversary Stay

We had a great stay for our Anniversary. The location was great. Right on the beach with easy access. We really enjoyed walking to the Sandbar & Kitchen for dinner 3 of the 5 evenings. We enjoyed having dinner right on the beach. The condo was just like the listing said and Candace was very responsive to any and all questions. We are looking forward to returning in the furture. We would definitely recommend this property!

Relaxing Stay with a Great View!

We had a wonderful get-away at Candace's condo. Loved the view and the proximity to the beach. We also appreciated that everything we needed was provided, napkins, laundry detergent, coffee, beach towels, etc. This location is ideal for us, too. We rode our bikes to the downtown area and on the greenway. We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything!

Great weekend

The condo was in a great location and check in and other communication was a breeze. The town was quite busy due to the Florida Georgia game, a sea of red everywhere we went. Even though the weather was on the cool side, we certainly enjoyed ourselves. You could ask for a better location. We will look into renting this condo again on future trips.

Overall it was a good place good view property manager was very Nice and fast answering the phone. The cleanliness of the place was the downside the floor was dirty sand in my bed sand all in the washer and dryer every surface I wipped there was dust we have to leave so early but its like they dont even clean

This is a beautiful condo inside and out! Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! My favorite part was the views! Almost the entire back of the condo opens up with large windows and a sliding glass door. Amazing ocean view from the kitchen, living room & master bedroom. The waves put us to sleep each evening and the sun rise woke us every morning. Perfection! Many places claim to be ocean front when, in fact, they have an ocean view. To me that is very different. This condo is directly on the beach!! This will definitely be a place our family will visit again!

Stunning views of the beach from this very nice and relaxed condo!

We only had a long weekend to spend, and wished we could have extended our stay! Everything about our trip was perfect! The condo was very close to the airport and easy to find. The owner, Candace, was very accomodating and allowed us to access the condo a bit early, since we arrived several hours before check-in. The place was very nice, clean and situated perfectly on the beach. It's on the ground floor, and has AMAZING views of the beach in every direction!! I'm not a morning person, but I forced myself to get up each morning so I could enjoy the sunrise over a cup of coffee! We also loved the town of Amelia Island -- simple to get to and it has a very fun vibe to it! The proximity of this condo to the airport, town, and of course, the beach, (right below you) allows you to maximize every minute of your vacation time. We will definitely return, and hope to stay in this place with spectacular views again!!!

This is my second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. I love being right on the beach and nothing beats waking up and going to bed with the sound of the ocean. I could walk up the beach to restaurants so no need to get in the car on lazy days. It was just a peaceful and relaxing trip from start to finish. The only note I would make is the noise from upstairs neighbors can be loud if you’re sensitive. Luckily I only dealt with it for one day.

Great Beach Getaway!

Had a wonderful beach trip and loved the condo! It is at a perfect location just down from the public beach area and just a short drive (1-2 miles) from downtown Fernandina Beach. The condo had all the amenities needed for a stay at the beach including easy access, nice balcony facing the ocean...particularly at sunrise and sunset! The condo was clean, comfortable, had good Wi-Fi, nice shower, comfortable living room with Roku on the TV. Will definitely stay here again!
