This is a lovely spot, very comfortable and homey, and the view is a standout! We saw dolphins from the balcony almost every day, spectacular sunrises, and an exciting storm or two. The beach is perfect, and the town is a quick jaunt away, with lots of fun shops and restaurants. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. It couldn't have been better!

My family and I just got home from our stay. I cannot say enough good things about this condo. The location was perfect. Everything was clean and well stocked. We absolutely loved the view and it was a comfortable environment for our family of five. Anytime I messaged the owners with questions the replied promptly.

Great location. Stunning view. Loved the openness of the condo and the floor to ceiling windows made it feel like you were on the beach when you were inside. Coffee on the balcony a great way to start the day. Plenty spacious for 4 adults. Easy check-in and out and great communication with owner. Downtown Fernandina Beach is full of historical buildings, cute shops and restaurants. Already talking about a return trip!

Clean, well appointed 3rd floor condo on the beach with balcony. Well equipped kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms. Owner provided a second parking spot. Great location.

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the generous amount of seating in the living room, especially the swivel chairs in front of the large picture window. TV system was easy to navigate. There are many nice restaurants in the area.

Absolutely wonderful condo overlooking the beach. The location couldn’t have been better and the access to the beach was outstanding. Plenty of boogie boarding, surfing lessons, sand castles and shark teeth within walking distance.

Very nice, clean and quiet condo. View is spectacular. Host Mary Ann is very friendly and responsive. King bed is a little creaky, but comfy. Everything you need is there! Would rent again. Fernandina Beach is a great area!

Super clean, well accommodated, and a great location to stay. It was a short stay for us, and our first time visiting this part of Florida, and we loved it. Plenty of things to do, and we definitely appreciated that extra parking space! We will definitely return here!
