Host was excellent to communicate with. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. The bed was very comfortable and shower was very nice. There was parking under the building in the shade which was so helpful in the 90 heat!

This condo was amazing and exactly as described in the listing. The hosts have gone out of their way to think of every detail, from beach chairs to flashlights to bike helmets. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The balcony was our favorite part with a spectacular view of the ocean. This property is also very family friendly. The hosts gave us great recommendations for dinner and local walking trails and were available to answer any questions we had. We had the most relaxing week here and would definitely come back again. Amelia Island is such a beautiful place to explore!

This was our first time in Fernandina Beach and our stay at this condo was delightful. The renovations were beautifully done. We loved our view of the ocean from the balcony. We had a nice wooden walkway to beach. There was lots of history to enjoy on Amelia Island. I would highly recommended this condo for anyone staying on the island.
