Welcome to the Island Home! We are on a private beach in fabulous Cupecoy close to everything. Our oceanfront building has just been repainted and our penthouse condo was recently remodeled with new furnishings.

This unit is at the edge of the sea, you get a front row seat- just you and the Caribbean Sea. This property boasts a massive oceanfront private terrace- perfect for sunbathing or alfresco dining. During the day, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and waves on our private beach. At night, observe the sparkle of city lights glistening in the distance, illuminated cruise ships, or gaze upon the stars while laying on our lounge chairs.

Rest assured, this penthouse is comfortable. Stay cool in this 2 bedroom 2 bath penthouse with 3 air conditioning units, 5 ceiling fans and the ocean breeze being on the top floor. This property is equipped with a kitchen and new stainless steel appliances. The furniture is modern with comfortable beds. The living room comes with a 50-inch flat screen TV with Netflix. You can relax on our private balcony with a glass of wine in hand while watching the waves and the sailboats passing by.

Our condo is located in the best part of St. Maarten - Cupecoy, only a 7 minute taxi ride from the airport. Bus stops at the front gate. We are in a gated community with 24/7 security guards. 3 swimming pools, 2 of them are oceanfront. One of them is a saltwater pool and it is great for the skin. Walking distance to Mullet Beach and Golf course (5 mins). Casino, restaurants, pastry/coffee, 3 grocery stories and the American University of Caribbean Medical School. Come enjoy our pristine private beach. The turquoise sea here is beautiful! The water is so clear that you can see the rocks underneath. We provide swim noodles and life vests at the condo for water lovers. We also have sand chairs and a sand umbrella. This unit is perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway, honeymoon, or anniversary. It is also a great place for family or parents visiting their children at the medical school. This place is a paradise! Come enjoy the Caribbean lifestyle and the beautiful St. Maarten sunset!

Great Location and View

Terrific Stay

First off - Susan is a tremendous host. Her communication prior and at time of arrival was spot on and so appreciated. The view from the unit was magnificent. And the pools and private beach made staying "at home" perfectly fine for a couple of our days. The unit had an array of beach related items that we used each day we went to the beach (chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc.). HIGHLY recommend this place - and the size of the unit made it feel like we were living back at home and not in a cramped hotel room or small condo.

Spectacular views

We loved our time in the condo. The two pools were wonderful and the beach was spectacular. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at night watching the ships sail by.

We have always loved the Caribbean. When our children were young, we took many cruises to the Caribbean. We looked for good spots to swim in every port. But the day was short; we needed to head back to the ship just when we were having fun. It was our dream to have a home on the island one day and that dream came true. We love the Island Home and we are happy to share our dream home with you.

Why they chose this property

It is on a private beach with the view to die for. It is over looking the pool and the Caribbean Sea. It has a balcony as well as a privately owned walkout oceanfront patio/ terrace next to the condo. We are oceanfront, so we have 270 degree view. The water is so pretty that I could just sit home all day and be happy. This condo is well equipped. We have a modern American kitchen with stainless steel appliances. For beach days, we have sand chairs and an umbrella, swimming noodles and life vests.
This condo is the perfect place to relax and to enjoy the Caribbean lifestyle.

What makes this property unique

Booking process is easy! no resort fee, and no additional tax. Our beach/ocean building just got repainted and my place is recently remodeled with new furnishings. We are right on the private beach. The condo is on the top floor with amazing view, only 8 minutes from the airport via taxi - very convenient! We are close to everything. There are restaurants, coffee shop, bakery, medical school, groceries store near by. Mullet beach and the golf course is 5 mins. (walking). The bus stops in front of our complex. 24 hours security guards w/ outdoor camera, three pools and a pristine private beach. This is a paradise! Our unit is beach/ocean front! The view is beyond beautiful!!!
