Amazing waterfront restaurants close by!!! Boat rental and paddle board/kayak company that will deliver boat to dock for your stay.

Dream home in they keys is a 4000 square foot home on water with heated/chilled Pool. Located in an exclusive area of all waterfront homes. This immaculate two-story home offers a luxurious and very private setting. It has 5 large bedrooms and three baths. Equipped with four king beds, one queen bed, one queen sofa sleeper, a futon and four singles. All top quality mattresses. All down beddering and sheets 800 or higher. Both the down stairs and up stairs have tv and dvd. Three of the bedrooms have TV's. The kitchen is extremely spacious and well-equipped.
The screened verandah overlooks the pool and water area filled with blooming tropical landscaping. The veranda has two seating areas and a large teak table that can extend to 10 feet and seat 12 comfortably. Just a sliding glass door from the kitchen. Windows and sliding glass doors make up most of the house providing the feeling of living at one with the tropics.

The outdoor entertainment area is complete with heated pool, barbecue grill and 100 foot of dock space on deep natural, crystal clear canal which is right at channel two.

My cancellation policy is I ask for a booking deposit (VRBO takes THEIR fee) at this time, I then as for the balance 60 days prior to your stay. As long as I can rebook your dates I refund 100%. VRBO also refunds their service fee when I refund 100%. VRBO does not give me this option on their site. I send you a contract when you book, detailing this.

Spring Break 23

Great Place to stay

Fabulous home to rent!

Our family of 8 stayed at the house. There was plenty of room to spread out, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, location was perfect, boat access was terrific, heated pool was wonderful. We’ve rented several houses in the keys and we would definitely return to this one.

What a wonderful place to stay! Large house with plenty of boat space to tie up to the dock. Nice heated pool we spent out time in eveyday! Beautiful tiki hut outdoors and wrap around screened in porch. Bridget easy to communicat with, and easy to get a hold of! Would definitely stay here again! 10/10!

Beautiful Place

This place was beautiful and in a great area close to lots of shopping and some yummy restaurants . We had 3 family's with 6 adults and 4 kids ages 9 to 17. When we arrived they had the AC going and the property owner was very helpful and nice. Great selection of appliances, all the beds were comfortable, VERY COLD AC, plenty of parking, beautiful landscaping and the pool was nice. It was just amazing and more than we planned.. Would defiantly love to rent this place again.

We had a very relaxing vacation in this lovely vacation home in Islamorada ! Briget was easy to work with, very friendly and a good communicator. The location is perfect and the pool was wonderful! I would highly recommend this home for anyone who wants to stay in Islamorada. There is a great beach and walking area a few minute walk from this home! We are hoping to return again next year with my whole family and maybe we will even try renting a boat next time! Thank you Briget for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful home with a lovely view!

We spent the week scuba diving and there was plenty of space to lay out all the gear. Those that didn’t go diving found that the dock and surrounding neighborhood offered lots of entertainment. The younger kids loved the pool! We were visited by lots of wildlife, including a manatee!! Overall, very good experience in this house and we would love to return!

Wonderful Private Location with Pool/Dock

We thoroughly enjoyed our family time at this home. Pool was wonderful and the Palapa was super relaxing and gave great shade during the day. Lots of great seating areas outside-poolside as well. We rented a boat and had more than enough dockage. We had morning visits from manatees, parrot fish, snappers, and beautiful birds! With tons of space we had lots of room for our younger adults downstairs and us older adults upstairs. We enjoyed morning coffee on the huge screened porch and evening dinners as well. Bridget was super accommodating and quick to respond. The only recommendation we’d leave is to consider adding a swim up ladder to the dock. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful week in gorgeous Islamorada!

Wonderful stay

We were here for two weeks - one week just my husband and I and the second week we had another couple join us. Everyone had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious located in a pretty neighborhood that was nice for walking in the morning with our puppy girls. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was especially enjoyable. Between the tiki hut and the tropical vegetation, we were definitely in paradise. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels for our use. The upstairs bathrooms could have used some hand towels and washcloths, but we made due. We found a deck of cards the second week we were here - would be nice to have some games and maybe some paperback books. There were plenty of dresser drawers and hangers in the closets for our clothes. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The screened in porch was a nice place to have meals - even with the humidity, the fans kept a nice breeze going and it was comfortable. The owner - Bridget - was easy to communicate with and prompt in responding. We enjoyed our time here and would love to return some day. Thank you Bridget for sharing your lovely home!

Thanksgiving Get Away

Our family decided to get away for Thanksgiving. We took our boat, there was plenty of room to dock. We didn’t have a problem parking our boat trailer in driveway along with vehicles. The house is very spacious and clean. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. The screened in area was nice to have morning coffee and evening wine. The kitchen is fully stocked we didn’t have a problem making Thanksgiving dinner. Bridget was awesome. Very easy to communicate with her. We enjoyed our week in the Keys

Like PARADISE!!!!

House was gorgeous inside and out!!! Bridgette was amazing to work with and made sure everything was PERFECT for our stay here!!! Our family group was made up of 11 of us ranging in ages 9-88 yrs old, and each and everyone of us had a blast here!!! Lots of space, and also togetherness.... will definitely be coming back here again! By far, the best spot around!!!

Owner is very gracious to work with. Very large house lots of room. Liked the fridge upstairs and down, ice machine ++++,bait freezer and a great tiki hut! A few detractions: pool desk is very slippery, no ladder on dock, some screens on porch need repair. Definetly will rent again!

FABULOUS PROPERTY

Our recent stay to Islamorada at Bridget's property was lovely! There was ample room for 11 guests. There was plenty of dining seating and outside furniture so we could all comfortably enjoy happy hour together. In true Islamorada fashion, a majority of our time was spent outside. The rooms were well equipped and beds were super comfy. We had 2 20 yr olds and a 16 year old and the downstairs was perfect for them to have their own space. There is even a separate washer and dryer downstairs, which made life so much easier with a large group. The dock had plenty of room and draw to have 2 boats (19' & 28') with easy access to the bay side and close to the bridge to get to the ocean side. Fuel & bait is right around the corner at Calloosa Cove. The commercial ice machine and bait freezer was perfect for our "fishing family". There is something to be said about having an owner as the property contact rather than a property management company. Bridget was a TOP NOTCH host and was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had about the house and stayed in communication with me throughout our stay. She was even nice enough to stop by and put the trash cans out, which was not necessary, but a kind gesture. You know right away she wants to make sure your stay is perfect! If you are on the fence about renting this property, don't be, it was a great house, great location, great dock, well maintained and with the lush vegetation around the back yard it was very private. Though there is some street noise during the busy times, but that isn't the houses fault, it's all of us damn tourists! :) We would definitely rent this house again.

The house is great and laid out very well. Awesome privacy and great having two washers and dryers when you have family of 6. Ice maker was great as well. Very peaceful and private. Easy to get anywhere you want to go by boat or car. Would stay here again!

Fantastic home and location

We spent a glorious week enjoying Islamorada and this home. There were 8 adults and an infant and we all had ample space and were very comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful. We rented kayaks and enjoyed exploring the lagoons and the bay. Fabulous vacation!

Relaxing Spring Break

This property was perfect for our group of 8 people. We split our time between the Tiki Hut, Boat, Dock and Pool. I loved the big table on the screened porch for big breakfasts and dinners with the whole crowd. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed it on walks and cruises through the canals. We even had visits from Manatees and Pelicans!

Wow! We have been to the keys many times. This was by far the best of the best! The house was large and comfortable. The kitchen furnishings were the best I have ever experienced renting a home. Bridgette is so helpful for anything! The channel is easy to navigate with a boat. We saw a manatee at the dock! The commercial ice machine was so helpful. We will definitely be back!
