BRIGHT AND MODERN STUDIO STEPS FROM THE BEACH

Cute and modern studio located just steps from the beach. Our unit is recently remodeled with new paint and tile and all brand-new appliances. The unit features one queen bed and one full-sized futon, sleeping a max of 4. We offer everything you'll need to cook in and relax, including a Roku-enabled smart TV with easy access to Netflix and Prime, as well as over 100 cable channels. There is a washer and dryer in unit as well. The condo complex features beachfront access, three pools and an outdoor grilling area. Also, there's an onsite "Sugar Shack" with snacks and drinks. Our place is perfect for couples or small families wanting a cozy retreat.

Other things to know:
**There is a one-time $35 parking fee (cash only) which covers your entire stay.

There is a new building going up next to our complex so you may experience some construction noise and dust during daylight hours.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Really Small!

If you are good with hotel type accommodations with a small kitchen, this is for you! Bed and futon side by side. Not the most comfortable but will work when you just want to get away!

Room was not nice. Was able to switch to a better room for the duration. Property is older, beach view is not great from the cheaper rooms, no hot tub. Overall not what we expected based on listing and the reviews. Ask extra questions before you book. We will choose another property next time.

Weekend getaway

My wife & I rented this for a quick weekend trip that we do every May. This was the first time staying at this condo. The location to everything was great, Sean answered all our questions and was nice, the pools are good, and the beach is literally right there so always a plus. However, the room was not clean at all. My wife and I ended up going to the store ti get cleaning supplies and laundry detergent. We washed all the sheets, pillow cases, and towels; cleaned all the floors, shower, and countertops. Secondly the A/C unit in the room is pretty much useless. The room never got below 76 because any lower the unit would start making awful noises. The last thing was the view. The pictures made it seem like it was an interior facing balcony and you can see the ocean; that was wrong completely. They are building a huge 20+ story condo next door so you see and hear construction instead of the ocean because the room faces out. Overall happy with owner because they were nice but I will not be staying there again. It would be easier to stay at a hotel so you could at least change rooms if needed.

We are so sorry to hear about the cleaning issues. We have gotten together with our cleaning staff to address any issues. We wish you'd reached out to us when you arrived as we could have easily moved you to another unit or had the cleaners come back and fix any issues. We understand your frustration with the building going up next door (it was a beautiful empty spot when we purchased the unit).

Nice little condo but needs cleaning

We enjoyed the condo but the floors were filthy. The bottoms of our feet were black after walking around inside the condo barefoot. The rest of the condo seemed clean so it appeared to be an oversight by the cleaning crew, but it needs a good moping.

Sugar Beach condo

Condo was nice, equipped with everything needed, owners were easy to contact. The air conditioning was rather noisy and no convenient outlets/nightstand for my cpap machine. The complex was nice, clean, and convenient. I was definitely disappointed of the construction next to the condo. Was not made aware of that till I received check-in email.

The kitchen sink turns itself on if it’s not pushed far to the right . The shower has mold. All of the cabinets were pretty cheap and did not close all the way. Not enough outlets .

Nice clean place with easy access to and from property. I was not of the understanding that this property was not facing the ocean. Its facing a building and the road. The pictures were a bit misleading. But the property managers were really nice and helpful. I would stay again for sure!

Nice place

Had a couple issues with the parking. The security told us where to park 2 nights cause it was full and we woke up with a note on our vehicle and door saying we parked in a no parking zone. Otherwise a nice place overall.
