The place was good for what we needed. The parking was great because it was covered. There is no beach view. The room was clean and adequate. They only supply two towels and two wash rags for the bathroom. The washer and dryer was nice to have. The pools were clean. The price was fair.

Cozy Studio

We were swapping condos to extend our vacation for a day and Michael was able to get us in for an early check in.

Updates to the condo is needed. Better cleaning of the walls, door and floors. The towels were not in good shape and just should have been thrown away. The fridge is old and the bed was not sturdy. One false move and It felt as if we’d be on the floor.
This was the ONE towel that was there folded up as if it was to be used
The shower water didn’t come out right or hard enough possibly due to this not being cleaned in years
This area was the best in the place
The tv had no internet connection and you could not connect it to any. Only some sort of DVD box

There were several things that needed attention. The floor and molding in bathroom needed a good Clorox scrubbing, the smell of the closet was moldy, 2 lightbulbs out in the kitchen, vent in bathroom needed cleaning, missing cabinet knob in bathroom, and the shower head needed cleaning. The description and pictures of the listing was deceiving. We thought we had an ocean view, but instead was a picture of the tennis court. The nicest thing in the place was the fairly new Hunter ceiling fan. The pools were nice (one was heated) and the location was nice.
My husband even tried to clean this but was stuck.

Our host communicated well and answered all of my questions. I added an additional night to our stay. The condo was just as pictured. Super cute and located on the beach. Loved the pools and secured parking. The bed was very comfortable. My issue with our stay was with the cleanliness of the condo. The floors though out were poorly cleaned. I spilled a little coffee on the kitchen counter and as l was cleaning up… I just kept wiping up dirt. The kitchen stove hood vent, covered in grease. I looked over the utensils and flatware. Microwave hasn’t seen a sponge and water for a while. Nope, not cleaning the kitchen any further. We opted to just eat out instead of cooking. Perhaps it's just the off season issue, or maybe a new cleaning crew. Anyway, it wasn’t the end of the world. Plenty of amazing dining options close by.

Room was not as clean as it could be. The towels were sour and we had to wash them ourselves. Otherwise, everything was as expected and the host was easy to contact.
