Located on the island's best snorkel reef, this is a beautiful 1050 sq foot 'updated' 3rd floor OCEAN FRONT SUITE at "CORAL GARDENS" on Grace Bay Beach, a spacious balcony with views of beach, ocean, and island. This suite has a fully equipped modern kitchen, living room, powder room and bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, as well as pullout couch (gel memory foam mattress) (sleeps 2). DEVELOPER MANAGED GUEST SERVICES OFFICE ONSITE...If you book with us you get complimentary 2 x 20 min de-stress massages on a 7 night minimum stay, welcome rum punch, daily maid service, beach towels, loungers and umbrellas on the beach!

Beachfront restaurant and bar- 'Somewhere Cafe, offers full meals and all day dining.

We are the developer owned and run rental management company. We have been operating for 27 yrs and have a great wealth of knowledge and fantastic team of staff.
We provide daily maid service, welcome rum punch, beach towels, loungers, umbrellas and you get 2 x 20 min de-stress massages when you stay 7 nights. We have an onsite office and provide guests services office which offers car rental, restaurant reservations and excursion assistance. Verne or Tyler will be there to help.
