The lovely living space has large, view-embracing glass sliding doors that open to a large veranda and 3 steps to poolside, and a Majestic & Panoramic 180° view of the turquoise water of the famous Grace Bay beach, the Olympic size pool, the 6,000 sq ft pool deck.

The views make you escape into a turquoise trance when living here - while cooking, dining, napping, lounging, working out, entertaining and even sleeping!

The condo is clean, comfortable, designer-decorated and like new - with new appliances, washer/dryer and a new AC unit and on-demand water heater.

La Vista Azul Resort is centrally located and easy to get to- 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to Grace Bay Resort, 10 minutes to The Conch Shack, and 10 minutes to South Bank.

Conveniently located on the hilltop entrance with a parking garage with an elevator to the Condo entrance.

This Condo is great for couples with 1 or 2 children or a solo traveler.

It is equipped with a comfortable queen bed, a comfortable sofa bed for two, a large TV, two his & hers large closets, a spacious bathroom with an ample sized Travertine marble shower stall - with Travertine marble flooring throughout, a washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances including a large GE fridge, oven and microwave, a fully equipped chef's kitchen and more!

Upon Booking, I provide a car rental recommendation, including free airport pickup, car drop off, and return pickup or drop-off at airport, all for $60/ day -Total, including insurance and taxes!

Great and clean rental!

There were a few minor issues which we brought to the owners attention but nothing that would deter a second visit here.There are beaches, restaurants, and snorkel locations within a long walk but most experiences will require a car.

Relaxing!

Roberto was an excellent host! He put us in contact with his friend Abdul to rent a car and that was a godsend. Be sure to come in the back way in order to avoid hauling luggage up a LOT of stairs! This apartment was clean, had all amenities we could ever need and everything worked great. 2 pools - the one directly off the deck was not heated, the adjacent pool was heated. We had a wonderful time on the island, Roberto's place was a peaceful retreat after a day of activities/sightseeing. Highly recommend!!

This property was clean and beautiful. The amenities were perfect for us and the location is convenient to everything. Walking distance to Smith’s Reef for snorkeling, 10 minute drive to Grace Bay and shopping. Loved our time here!

Don’t hesitate to make this condo you home away from home!

This condo was so comfortable cozy and CLEAN. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening wine after exploring on the island. The location was perfect for us, away from the crowds at Grace bay and centrally located to all that was of interest to us such as the beautiful sunset over the water in Sapodilla beach ( although the sunset at Grace bay was beautiful it actually set over land across the water this time of the year). The location was an easy and short drive to all the restaurants we were interested in trying out—Omar’s, Da Conch Shack, mango Reef and the unforgettable Thursday night fish fry. Roberto was very responsive, always responded to my questions within minutes. His suggestion for rental car service (Abdul)was spot on. Our car was delivered to us at the airport upon arrival and we dropped it off at the end of our stay at the airport shortly before departure. I was sad to end our PERFECT VACATION IN PARADISE!

Loved it here

This was a beautiful location. There are 2 pools. One is heated and one is not. The cold pool is shocking but refreshing after a day in the sun. I felt safe here all the time. The people everywhere on the island were so kind. The driving is insane so beware. You would want a rental vehicle to stay in this location. You can walk but a rental car is really nice on this island. Comfortable place with everything we needed.
