Why they chose this property

Waterfont property, surrounded by woods and water, river, lake, stream, and snowmobile trail access all right out the front door. Endless activities and adventure.....

What makes this property unique

Swimming, tubing, rafting, hiking, snowmobiling, is all right here. Spend a few hours floating down the river alone or with friends, take out on the back lawn. do some cooking on the grill, when it gets dark start a bonfire and kick back, relax with a few cold beverages or just take it all it. This is a special, some say magical place
