Brand new windows and interior shutters will assure peaceful quiet and privacy. This well-located condominium with an oversized heated pool is designed for comfort, while providing you with a home away from home. The location speaks for itself. Just steps to the breathtaking beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and a short stroll to the famous Naples Pier (currently under construction), sunsets and Third Street South restaurants and shopping. Our residence affords you the easiest access to all the amenities that Old Naples offers - comfort, location and a beautiful pool. What more is there! Multi-million-dollar homes surround this quiet, restful spot in the heart of where Naples originated. Unpack your bags and head for the beach just across the street. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and small cooler. Or walk one block to Third Street South, Naples' destination venue for fine dining or casual eateries. Explore the unique boutiques and galleries for the discerning shopper or simply start exploring all the near-by attractions. Don't forget the large, heated pool for morning laps or for just floating all your cares away. After a day in the sun, relax in your home-away-from-home and prepare an easy meal in the fully equipped kitchen. (NOTE: The kitchen has a 4 burner cook top, microwave and toaster-oven. There is no regular oven.) Maybe take a nap on the comfy new pillows and luxurious new king mattress before heading out for an evening of fun. We absolutely loved this location and this condo. It is so close to the beach! The pool was very welcoming. And thank you very much for all of the snacks when we arrived, so welcoming! The parking was so nice inconvenient, we walked to dinner almost every night!The host was wonderful and kept in good contact with us, you are very welcoming and warm, and we will definitely come back!!

Perfect location in Old Naples. A block from the beach and a block from the shopping and dining area. It is about a 20 minute walk to 5th Avenue shopping and dining as well. Accommodations were extremely clean. Easy offstreet parking. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Cute little 2 bedroom condo - the pictures are accurate: only downside - no balcony. But the key to this place is the location: 1.5 blocks to the ocean and 1.5 blocks to 3rd Street South in Naples with all its shops and exceptional restaurants. We really enjoyed it.

Our family built this building, and we recently have taken over management. We own several suites at The Mariner, all of which have been beautifully updated to create a comfortable, relaxing, and luxurious atmosphere for our guests to enjoy.

Several options are available for our guests: a studio efficiency, and 2BD/2BA residences. If your dates do not appear to be available please let us know and we will try to accommodate you in the same building. The Watson’s pioneered to Naples, Florida in the early 1940’s. The Mariner was built in 1966. Under the guidance of the matriarch of the family, three generations have been sharing the Naples' lifestyle that we live and enjoy everyday.
