We were so thoroughly delighted with this wonderful little villa and the easy proximity to the beach (including use of the beach chairs provided), that we booked the exact same unit again for next Fall - staying just a little longer next time around.

Location was perfect and convenient to the beach! We’ve stayed here before and have never been disappointed. The condo is nicely renovated and has a great theme. Provided towels and essentials. Made our trip better knowing we did not have to worry about certain details. Just a little bit of dust around the furniture and overhead window but everything else was clean and presentable. Would definitely stay here again!! Loved it

Fantastic Location & Comfy Stay

We had a great stay. Steps to the beach and a very short walk to olde Naples. We’ve come to Naples the last five years, and we’ll be returning to this location for sure! Unit is updated, clean, comfy and convenient. Easy communication with host / check-in etc.

This place is perfect and has everything you need. Location 1 block from the beach, super clean and cheerful condo, reserved parking, comfortable beds, beach chairs/towels/umbrella, as well as a full kitchen with supplies. The host is very helpful and quick to respond. Save yourself a lot of time! Stop your search! If you want to have the perfect Naples vacation ....just rent this place!

Weekend Getaway from the East Side

Stay was wonderful except for check in process. The person we were to contact was not answering our calls so that we could get the door code. We finally got in around 5pm when check in was at 3pm. Other than that, the unit was wonderful and the location great!

Stayed Feb 2020 - beautifully renovated, wonderful location and owner/managment

We stayed with our 2 young kids and had a great time. The property was beautifully renovated. It is only 2 blocks from ocean which was wonderful! Great beach right by Naples Pier. Also 2 blocks from numerous restaurants. Felt like a very safe area. Used the pool a few times and had it to ourselves. The real estate agent who manages the property met us at check in and made sure we had everything we needed. Ordered us coffee and to go coffee cups through Instacart same night. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again soon.

Perfect Location

This property is a minute walk to the 13th Avenue South beach, a 2 minute walk to 3rd Street shopping & dining and a 10 minute walk to 5th Street shopping & dining. The unit has been recently remodeled and updated (but could use a few more coffee mugs and wine glasses), is well maintained and serviced. There is a nice pool and laundry facilities onsite (be sure to get the laundry room code). For me - the entire property lacked personal/ individual outdoor space - as one cannot leave sandy beach chairs or shoes outside their unit's door nor are there chairs to just sit outside one's unit and enjoy the sun. Perhaps the HOA would consider some more common area in the courtyard with some additional seating or opening up the second story meeting room to be more of an open air veranda?

This was our first time in Naples. I can’t empathize enough the great location..to the beach and Old Naples..all within walking distance. The condo was nicely updated. Having beach towels, chairs and umbrella was great. Timely response from property management. Guests were very friendly. Would not hesitate to book again.

Such a nice little beach apartment. Beach is 3 minutes away. We stayed for the weekend with my in laws. We had a blast. So many restaurant options only 7-10mins away. Little market 6 mins away was perfect. Definitely recommend this little house. The host was amazing and super helpful

This condo is in an amazing location to the beach. Newly updated for an old motel.

The property is updated and well stocked with beach towels chairs etc. In a great location to the beach. The only downfall was it was storming when we arrived and the door entry code was incorrect in what they sent us. We had to get a hold of someone to find out they “updated” the code but never bothered to alert us and we were soaked by the time we got in. Otherwise would recommend the condo. Although in a very dated motel converted to condos the individual condo was newly updated and clean.

Perfect location!

All around, this is a beautiful property. So glad we choose to stay here rather than a hotel. Would stay here again and again next time we visit Naples. The beach is a super short walk, the condo is clean and it has beautiful decor. The communication with the property manager was great, he ensured we checked in ok. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
