Landmark, 3+ + br Greenport home, circa 1688, ½ mile from town, bay and the sound. 3,000 sq with new addition. Central air. Brand new heated pool and large yard
Bright, open kitchen/dining/living area, great for entertaining. Large living room and den. Master br. suite has cathedral ceilings and Carrera walk-in shower.
Enclosed yard draped with hydrangea, butterfly bushes and more. Wraparound porch drenched in sunlight. Town and 2 beaches are a bike ride and a picnic away.
Master bedroom suite and kitchen/living area are all a brand new addition. Great outdoor living with large backyard and patio.
Great family vacation home. Not a party house.

The house is amazingly located 1/2 mile from the fun and busy town of Greenport- lots of restaurants and shops. 1/2 a mile from the gorgeous and serene bay beach and from the dramatically beautiful sound. Also, 1/4 mile from Kontakosta vineyard. A nice stroll to get a glass of wine and see the sound then a stroll home.
