Sunset over the pasture is always a treat.

The village of East Hampton offers many beautiful concessions such as shopping, movies, theatre, nature preserves, parks, dining, and historic sights. Some of the best, are within a 10-20 minute walk from this home. The parks around the area are spectacular. This home is truly a gem.

This property is a lovely home in a true country area with pasture views from the backyard and pool area. One mile to the ocean beaches. Bikes available for use.
There is an Owners Suite on the lower level which owner may occupy when in town. There is no entry from the top level to the bottom level and no shared spaces.
They do not use the upper area or pool deck area and have a completely separate entrance. The only shared amenity is parking.
