About this property

Enjoy the beauty of Gunnison with plenty of space both indoors and out with this quiet condo.

This 3 bedroom condo is located near the golf course, just minutes from downtown, Hartman's Rock, Blue Mesa Reservoir, and plenty of other outdoor activities. Outdoor area boasts a sliding patio door, grassy area, patio and a grill.

The upstairs has 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the other 2 bedrooms hold a queen bed in each room. Downstairs hosts a half bathroom and a roll away bed for extra guests. In the master bedroom, there is a portable air conditioner to help keep the temperature comfortable.

With both Monarch Mountain and Crested Butte an easy 45 minutes drive, this condo provides a welcome home for both summer and winter fun. An oversize 1 car garage will keep your car protected. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to house boats or boat trailers.

Just what we needed

The home was exactly the property we needed while visiting family in Gunnison. Easy to access with plenty of space for all the family, we particularly appreciated access to a washer and drier after a day of outdoor activities.

Ski Stay

Used as an affordable stay for 2 day ski trip to Crested Butte. Clean and spacious for a comfortable stay. Plenty of restaurants and pubs for evening activities.

Complete Chaos

This property is a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath property. We were excited to stay here. Upon arrival, there was an inch thick ice on walkway and in front of the door. There was not any ice melt or salt on the property to help melt the ice. We ended spening our own money on ice melt to get it cleared. We had one person in our group fall. The hot water does not produce hot water. I informed owner, we got a partial refund. Mu husband flushed the water heater himself since they had no help.for us until the next morning. We arrived at 3:00. Plumber came out next morning, we handled the appointment for the owner, but the gas water heater was put in 1991. The plumbing was not up to HOUSING CODE. So we basically had to deal. The plumbers would not touch it without proper plumbing completed. If you like tv or sports, this is not the rental for you. Only antenna is available and the tvs run VERY SLOW. The only eye that can boil water is the one on the right ftont of the oven. Again this is an early 90s oven. Beware of the grass run that is behind the unit. It was full of dog poop. If none of these things matter to you, then rent. But I wouldn't ruin a perfectly good vacation
