Sehr gute Organisation und Kommunikation per e-mail und Telefon.Es war alles so wie vereinbart. Schöne Stadtwohnung, ruhig gelegen. Der Gartensitzplatz hat uns sehr gefallen.

Eine schöne Wohnung (mit Garten) in hervorragender Lage - 800m zu Nina Metaye (Weltmeisterin Bäckerei 2023) und ungefähr 1,7 km zur Markthalle.Die Wohnung liegt nordwestlich des Zentrums, Vieux Port etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Brücke zur Ile de Ré ist 6 Kilometer entfernt und kostenlos für Radfahrende.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, auch der kleine Backofen funktioniert gut. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz, was sehr angenehm ist. Falls man elektrisch unterwegs ist: E.Leclerc in Lagorde hat 18 oder 20 Tesla-Ladestationen (in der Nähe vom Mc Drive). Wenn man dort nach 20:00 oder sehr früh am Morgen lädt ist es sehr günstig.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Excellent séjour.

On a passé 6 semaines chez Isabelle et notre séjour était excellent. L’appartement est spacieux, calme et bien positionné avec un joli jardin. Isabelle et ses parents sont charmants et discrets. Je recommande vivement.

Séjour à La Rochelle

L’emplacement de cet appartement avec sa place de parking a été idéal pour nous. Nous avons chaque jour rejoint le centre ville à pied. La résidence est très calme et le jardin privatif très agréable. L’accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux, ils sont à l’écoute de la moindre demande. Je recommande cette adresse!

It was all we expected and much more!

We loved our stay and Isabelle and her father were so helpful (merci à vous deux) - all in all a most pleasurable and absolutely stress free holiday. The apartment was lovely, such a quiet location and with a delightful garden which really made our stay so much more relaxing and enjoyable. Great location, just an easy stroll or couple of minutes bus ride to the town centre. One of the most pleasant holidays we've had!

Schöne Tage am Meer

Schönes Appartement im EG unweit vom Zentrum bzw. Strand. Zur Wohnung gehört eine gepflegter Garten mit Rasenfläche, ideal zum Grillen und entspanntem Tagesausklang. Fahrräder stehen zur Nutzung bereit. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, in ca. 1km Umkreis findet man jedoch kleine Läden bzw. Bäcker. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Leider ist der Kontakt zum Vermieter etwas kompliziert, es gibt keinen unmittelbaren Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über Familienmitglieder die ausschließlich französisch sprechen. Ansonsten ein gelungener Aufenthalt mit den typischen kulinarischen Gaumenfreuden in La Rochelle.
