Our villa is a luxury 3 bedroom/2 bath villa in one of Sosua's premier gated community's. We are within walking distance to beaches, bars, restaurants, night life, grocery stores and all amenities. POP international airport is with a quick 10 minute drive. The villa is very private, with a fully hedged yard, and large pool. This modern house is newly furnished, and fully equipped for your stay, with daily maid/pool service. Master bedroom has a king size bed, and the other quest bedrooms have queen size beds. All bedrooms fully air conditioned for your comfort. High speed internet and cable TV, electronic safe, 24 hr power/community backup generator. Large private tropical yard, and covered verandah with plenty of furniture for outdoor sitting and dining. Gas BBQ for your choice of cooking. On site restaurant for your convenience.

I love the property. I think it just needed AC in the living room. The property manager was always there to respond when I needed her. The cleaning lady Carmen is awesome also.

Awesome Stay

Fantastic property in a safe and secure location Philip and Trevor were fantastic hosts . Property as described, cleaning service daily (tip Carmen she is awesome and will get you anything extra that you need for your stay) easy check in, hot water , fully stocked kitchen and poolside grill . It’s gets a bit hot in the living room my only recommendation is add an a/c to the living room area, otherwise this was a pretty perfect stay . Will book again in the future without a second thought . Thank you again !
