Everything you'll need for an incredible Naples experience!

Set your bags down and enjoy all this home has to offer. Don't worry about the Naples traffic as you'll be conveniently located a short walk or bike ride from everything you'll need. Walk or take one of the beach cruiser bikes the short distance to beaches, Ritz Carlton with the famous Gumbo Limbo tiki bar on the beach, Turtle Resort, LaPlaya Resort with the fabulous oceanfront Baleen Restaurant, Light House Restaurant, or Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. You'll also be just down the street from the amazing shopping at Mercato, or wake up in the morning and walk to Second Cup for your coffee.

The house is fully stocked with everything from a coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, wagon, etc. All you need is to pack your bags, sit back and relax...

We had a wonderful time on our family vacation. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Our host communicated with us prior to and during our stay in a timely and professional manner. We had young children with us and the house was well equipped with pool and beach toys as well as plenty of pack and plays, two high chairs and ample space for the kids to play and enjoy their time both inside and outside. The proximity to the beach was wonderful and we truly enjoyed the heated pool. We were extremely pleased and would recommend this property to anyone.

Exactly suited our needs

This was a lovely home for us to stay at. It was clean and quiet. There were 7 adults and 2 toddlers. We had everything we needed. It was a 10 min drive to the grocery and a 10-15 walk ( with little ones) to the beach. We appreciated the wagon to carry things to the beach in. We’d recommend this house .

Amazing property in the perfect location

I frequently visit Naples for vacation and always stay in this neighborhood. This home was one of the most well appointed homes with the greatest proximity to the beach! Close to Mercato and other shopping, it is truly a perfect location. Vanderbilt beach is ideal, clean restrooms and you can’t go wrong with lunch at the Turtle Club. We had two minor questions for the property manager and she was highly responsive, within minutes and answered our needs within just an hour or two. Greatly run, perfect property!

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay. We were 4 adult couples and 2 young toddlers. Home is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The house was clean and well maintained. It’s a little bit of a hike to the beach, probably 15 to 20 minutes towing a beach cart. The pool was lovely. It was heated, but not really warm enough to swim. We sat on the edge most days. We should have contacted the property owner about raising the temperature.

Week in Paradise 2022

Our stay was perfect. The home was exactly as pictured. Our host was very responsive and quickly replied to my messages. Our family enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Grilling out was a bit of a challenge as the exhaust fan did not pull out the smoke. But overall we loved our stay. We were so fortunate that we were able to keep our booking so soon after hurricane Ian. Naples is doing a great job bringing the beauty back after such devastation. We would definitely book again.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great extended family week in Naples Park! The house was really great! The location was fabulous! Very close to Vanderbilt beach and having beach chairs and a cooler made life super easy. We have our favorite Naples restaurants that we always visit but having a nice gas grill on the covered lanai was a bonus for those nights we wanted to lay low around the pool & grill steaks. The communication from the owner, Katharine, was top notch as well. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful Home near the beach!

Plenty of room at this property with 2 master suits and a pool right out your sliding door by your outdoor barbecue area. 5 min bike ride to the beach or drive your car, drop off your items and family, take the car home and ride the bike back. Close to anything that you could need!

Great Place!

The open floor plan was just what my husband and adult children wanted as we planned our time in Naples. The outdoor area with TV's, gas grill and pool was another great place to hang with each other. Getting to the beach was easy! Some of us rode bikes, some of us did a very easy walk. We would definitely come back. Our hosts were very responsive to questions during our stay there.

This home pretty much satisfied all our needs for a week's getaway to the beach. Couldn't find extra garbage bags (they were in the bottom of the garbage can) and the owner immediately had a box delivered. Our family likes to cook and we found pans, bowls, dishes, etc. fairly adequate. Would recommend adding a few larger serving bowls. Toaster is persnickety so be prepared. Pool is not large, so might be small if you have many teens. Wish cards, games and puzzles would have been available. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Best Family Vacation!

There were so many unexpected plusses to this home! Could not be a better location and size home for a family vacation. I booked this house because I thought it would work well to accommodate our 2 adult kids, their families, my husband and myself. The bedrooms are large, the living space is fantastic for a large group, and the location is perfect for those that want to go to the beach, shopping, dining, or grocery store. The bikes are a great touch, and the air mattresses came in handy for the kids to stay with their parents in the same room. We had an issue with the shower not working and the owner was easy to contact and reacted quickly. I highly recommend booking this house!!!

Why they chose this property

My husband and I both lived in Florida many years ago and miss the weather. We decided to buy in Naples so we could enjoy the home at times as well.

We also enjoy The Florida Keys but wanted a Naples as it's more easily accessible and we can jump on the ferry to Key West any time we want.

What makes this property unique

The lay out is most accommodating for the area and is ideal for people who are vacationing. With 4 bedrooms instead of 3, it allows for visitors. Most families who come for the winter want to invite a friend or family member.

The two master suites allow for maximum privacy. The 3rd full bath which is tucked away services the two other bedrooms yet still accessible from the main living area.

The house is also equipped with an outdoor shower to rinse when you come home for a day on the beach.

My favorite part of the house is sitting at the pool, listening to the trees and enjoying the ocean breeze.
