Great property & location

Property was pretty much as was listed. Great for our family & friends (mostly adults and older teens). Would be good for kids as well. Property was not as clean as I would have expected, but not terrible - sheets & towels left in the dryer, inside of oven has not been cleaned in quite a while, floors were a bit dirty in corners, etc. Overall, enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful home in Tahoma

This property perfectly suited our needs. It was a great home base in the West Tahoe area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook & bake. The large dining table & leather couch in the common areas were great for gathering. We also noticed extra mattresses, blankets and items geared for smaller children (stroller, high chair and toys). Check in & out was easy, would definitely rent again!

Lovely Thanksgiving stay

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood with lots of friendly neighbors strolling around and waving hello. The cabin itself is spotless! Heat worked really well as temps dipped to single digits during our stay. We stayed cozy and warm! The kitchen is spotless and well equipped. It has everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal prep. The property manager is super friendly and very responsive. We are very impressed! We’d recommend this cabin to our friends and family. We hope to visit again someday!

Loved the place!

Great location in quiet neighborhood. Lake is close, could walk if you wanted to. Bike trails and beaches nearby. Food options close as well and only 15-20 min from Tahoe City. Toy rentals just down the road at Homewood Ski Resort. Awesome bike trail along the main road all the way to Tahoe City. House had all that we needed and slept a fam of 7 no problem with a great open layout and cozy. It was clean and newer than other homes in the area. It has keypad door entry so no keys which was nice and excellent wifi. Has a deck you can sit on and a BBQ as well. Will come back again for sure.

Family Christmas

Overall the cabin was wonderful! The water pressure in the master shower was terrible. The tv in the great room is a "smart" tv. However, the technology is outdated and we were unable to sign into any of our streaming services. We were limited to watching Prime and Showtime. There were a few Christmas movies on other services that we had hoped to watch.Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

all was well - lots of rules which is fine. Not wearing shoes to unload etc was a hassle and the light carpets an issue but we followed house rules :) Thank you A fairly quiet neighborhood

Nice stay

This cabin had a great open floor plan for the upstairs area. Everything was clean for the most part and there were a lot of kitchen utensils, cookware, etc to choose from (no toaster oven though). I was pleasantly surprised to find there were two foam mattresses for my girls, which made it nice for my older daughter, but I ended up using my blow up mattress for my little one since it kept her from rolling out of bed like the foam mattress did (I also brought my own mattress liners and used those on there). One of the couches is a fold out (found that out when I was looking for my kids toys, but didn’t use). There was a high chair and playpen as well just as a mention (I didn’t need to use them though). There was plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels and a great surprise was that the owner had Doterra products to use for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap and lotion…appears they might also be a rep for it, but very nice touch to sample products/include in a rental property. They do have a gas grill, but it is located downstairs in the garage. Overall, it was a nice stay. Thank you to the owner for the property rental.

Modernized but missing essential things like pillowcases

The house is beautiful but the furnishings and cleaning was TERRIBLE. For example, there were many pillows in the closets but no pillow cases. No paper towels, no placemats or napkins, a broom was sitting out but no dustpan. Took 5 mins to figure out how to turn on shower. All the towels from the previous guests were sitting on the washer. Baby toys everywhere. 3-9 hangers in closets and half were broken. On and On and On. Curtains are cheap and don't close to keep the light out. There was supposed to be propane for the grill but none. We won't be staying here next year. I have pictures of all the problems if you're interested. There is a huge communication problem either between the owner and house keepers or owner and management. Somewhere someone is not keeping the interior up to standards.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. Our only complaint was the propane tanks were empty and we had planned to BBQ most of the weekend. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Beautiful yet somewhat dirty

Honestly this place was amazing. Very breathtaking winter wonderland cabin. The property itself was dirty as in the carpet and the couches. But other than that we had a great time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and well-appointed. It was obvious that care is taken to keep the home in excellent condition. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat-in for some meals. The location was great in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.
