Great location, great space!

We had a big group and wanted to stay all together rather than multiple hotel rooms and we found this nice unit available. We loved the layout of the space and it had a great view of the ocean. There were some great restaurants nearby like Sharkey's and Moe's across the street.

Lovely experience

Great condo unit with plenty of space and comfort! The parking worked fine for our 2 cars. I would recommend to anyone and would stay again myself! Bunk bed room was pretty warm and bunk beds were loosey goosey.

Awesome condo!

The condo was very clean and spacious! The kitchen was so well stocked we cooked our Thanksgiving dinner with all the equipment needed. Drove 20 minutes away to a little gem called Hunt’s Oyster bar. Well worth the wait to get in. Fresh oyster and seafood and cheap! We recommend booking with RealJoy. great getaway!!

Relaxing Vacation

Amazing views. This property is amazing and we would stay here again. Nice pool, nice people, convenient parking. Had everything we needed including a Scrabble game. Felt like we were at home. The downside is the slow elevators, could have been a little cleaner (our feet were black from the floors), the door to the master was sticking, and few other things. Overall a great experience.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. One of the tubs had a slow drain but I emailed the owner and Maintenance came out the next day to fix it. The biggest downside was only having 2 parking passes. We had family driving from out of state and needed two more passes but none were available to purchase. But aside from that everything else was great. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view.

Our stay was nice. The only downside to our stay was 1. It was bike week. The tent across the street was SO loud all day and most of the night. 2. The elevators were shut down at different times due to painting. We waited for an elevator for 20 min a few times. The plus sides: the view was amazing. It wasn't packed, and the staff was friendly.

Beautiful

The property was very nice and very spacious. The view was great. Loved the fact of having a covered parking deck!! Beach access was easy to get to and from. The property was very clean. The only small issue was having a 14 month old crawling around he would wind up with the tops of his feet and his knees black. Same with us if we walked around barefoot. I'm not sure what was causing this as the floors felt and looked clean. Overall we had a great time with family in this condo!! Would definitely book it again.

Great room, slow elevators!

The room was perfect and clean. Communication with the owners was awesome. Security at the pool was great. There were 2 nice size pools and 2 small hot tubs. The only real complaint we have is the elevators. My mom got stuck on the elevator for 20 mins along with 4 others. The firefighters had to come to get them out. The elevators were extremely slow and the wait was long. BUT again the condo itself was beautiful, clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean.

Girls weekend

Location, location was the best. Close enough to all the places the grandkids wanted to go. The beach views were beautiful. We saw dolphin in early morning and we were high enough to see SOME underwater activity. The unit was clean, roomy and the kitchen had all we needed for our short stay. HOWEVER! ! This had NOTHING to do with our unit ... wait time on an elevator ?!?! ... 40 minutes to an hour + !!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND there were A/C units just around the corner from the elevators blowing HOT AIR .. after waiting that long .. your clothes and hair were soaked and sweat was literally dripping from your face and arms! Some people gave up and took the stairs but I have back issues so for me that's NOT DOABLE. We started the checking out process a little after 9am but didn't leave until 12:10 .... again ... waiting on elevators

Let down..Won’t be coming back

This place needs to make a few adjustments before further renting out the unit. When we first arrived the unit looked good but further inspecting determined this place was falling apart and I mean quite literally in some areas (master bathroom ceiling was deteriorating away) (second bathroom vanity was completely dry rotting away) I have pictures as well. The master bedrooms bed is like sleeping on a solid rock, no give. Me and my husband would wake up with our backs killing us in the morning because of the mattress. My daughter found a toothbrush under the bed in bunk room. Gross! The restaurant across the street Moes- had karaoke night on Tuesday and it was disrespectingly obnoxious if you have kids do not stay here because they will not sleep due to the road noise and the restaurant. And the hotel itself is way too strict. My elderly mother arrived early and my family was driving down and she had to purchase a $3 wristband to enjoy the amenities of the pool?? Considering we could not even get access to the unit due to no early check in you would think the hotel would understandably want you to enjoy the amenities the hotel has to offer while she waits for the room to be ready. I understand it’s only $3 but if you look at the whole picture it’s a shame and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Don’t waste your money on this property it needs some work done before I would even say its worth it. Won’t be back.
