So nice to be able to walk Pier Park where all the shopping, restaurants, activities.The beach was also across the street. The pool was nice and warm.. prepare for a lot of steps - bottom to top 35 steps. A lot to carry big suitcases.And groceries. Walmart delivery was great for delivery. Plan to order two days before arrival (very busy in summer) Our host (Holly) was awesome! Thank you Holly!

We love this place, its our second time staying here. Its perfect for a family and its just steps from the beach as well as Pier Park. The owners are very responsive and all around good people! Im sure we will be back, we love it!!

Continue to look elsewhere ! We spent our entire short vacation cleaning this unsanitary home! This was by far the worst experience through VRBO in 15 years of consistent travel to the PCB area . This home was the nastiest , most unsanitary home we have EVER stayed in ! We walked into dog hair , dust , human hair caked on the walls,floors , baseboards , and the sheets! All the bedding was gross all beds had hair , dirt , crusted dried on food , unknown substances , etc still on them from the previous guests ! The toilets still had dried urine and hair on them . The kitchen cabinets still had food on them . The fridge was not cleaned with dried juice and food in it. We immediately notified the host of the state of this home when we arrived . The only solution given was to send out a different cleaner THE NEXT day! A refund was never offered as an option so we could go elsewhere. We were so worried we wouldn’t be able to get our money back that we went to the store and purchased basic cleaning supplies and laundry detergent to clean the home so it was sanitary enough for our family to stay in overnight! We stayed up till 3 am after driving 8 hours to make sure all the linens were washed prior to going to sleep . It was clear the floors hadn’t been cleaned in a long time . The swifter pads were black , along with all the Lysol wipes used to clean the surfaces . The cleaner came the next day and did absolutely nothing more than we did the day before this didn’t “fix” the issue .

We purchased this home after visiting Panama City Beach for years with our family and falling in love with the area. We wanted a place that felt easy, relaxing, and truly enjoyable — not stressful like many high-rise stays.

One of our favorite things to do is sit on the top deck in the morning with coffee, watching for dolphins and enjoying the ocean breeze.

We chose this home because of how simple everything is — no elevators, no crowds, no searching for parking. Just pull into the garage, unload once, and enjoy your time.

We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

We chose this location because it offers the best of everything — just steps to the beach and Pier Park, but without the crowds and congestion of larger resort areas.

You can walk almost everywhere, which makes a huge difference during busy seasons. The beach here is beautiful, with clear water and soft white sand, and we love that it feels more relaxed compared to other parts of Panama City Beach.

It’s the kind of place where you can park your car and truly enjoy your stay without constantly driving or waiting.
