So nice to be able to walk Pier Park where all the shopping, restaurants, activities.The beach was also across the street. The pool was nice and warm.. prepare for a lot of steps - bottom to top 35 steps. A lot to carry big suitcases.And groceries. Walmart delivery was great for delivery. Plan to order two days before arrival (very busy in summer) Our host (Holly) was awesome! Thank you Holly!

The location was AMAZING! The beach was so close, a 2 min walk, Pier Park was right next door, a 5 min walk. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The garage was a super bonus, being able to store all our beach items, etc. We will definitely go again. Holly was super wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this lovely home!!

House is in the perfect location. Near lots of restaurants and shopping. Plenty of beach area to enjoy even if you sleep in. Holly was wonderful to work with. Definitely got a workout on those steps.

Easy to get to nearby restaurants without having to drive. Beach access was super easy, much better than going up and down elevators. The end house allowed for a bit more privacy as well.

We purchased this home after visiting Panama City Beach for years with our family and falling in love with the area. We wanted a place that felt easy, relaxing, and truly enjoyable — not stressful like many high-rise stays.

One of our favorite things to do is sit on the top deck in the morning with coffee, watching for dolphins and enjoying the ocean breeze.

We chose this home because of how simple everything is — no elevators, no crowds, no searching for parking. Just pull into the garage, unload once, and enjoy your time.

We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We chose this location because it offers the best of everything — just steps to the beach and Pier Park, but without the crowds and congestion of larger resort areas.

You can walk almost everywhere, which makes a huge difference during busy seasons. The beach here is beautiful, with clear water and soft white sand, and we love that it feels more relaxed compared to other parts of Panama City Beach.

It’s the kind of place where you can park your car and truly enjoy your stay without constantly driving or waiting.
