Come enjoy the simple pleasures of life in this newly renovated shore home. The first floor of this delightful duplex is perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway. Only four houses from the picturesque sandy shore of Brant Beach, you will be able to conveniently enjoy the ease of beach life, as well as several popular restaurants and shops by foot or bike.
The first floor unit has a very charming and immaculately kept living area and kitchen that is perfect for creating family feasts and beautiful memories. Enjoy the grill, charming front porch, and socializing with the exceptionally pleasant neighbors that have been a staple to the street since first construction. This house is perfectly situated mid-island, just down the road from popular eateries such as trendy Daddy O's. Rent a bike 2 blocks away and cruise the ocean road with the summer breeze on your face. You will surely want to return year after year. The owners have built and maintained the home well. They are hands on and very accommodating. Enjoy!!

The owner is very proud to be amongst the first to purchase property on this particular street and remembers fondly all the phases and families that have graced her precious 40th Street. The property manager, Ashley, is delighted to help you plan your stay in Brant Beach and answer any questions pertaining to the property.
