Steps away from the Boardwalk and Beach!

Feet away from the beach and the boardwalk. Only one property away from beach. Ocean views! Pets welcome, dog park close by. Only six units in your complex. 2 bedrooms, updated bath and kitchen. Onsite laundry and grill. Dedicated parking place. Depending on the wind you can even hear the ocean waves crashing. In the height of the busy summer season, location is everything, and this place is it. Out door showers are also available and you are not even two blocks away from the new Seaport Pier that is a Wildwood hot spot. TV, AC what else do you need? Pet Friendly!!!!! Minimum stay 2 nights off season After Labor Day thru mid June. 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday stays end of June thru Labor Day. You provide all linens, towels and toiletries. Keurig in unit. Basic plates and cutlery pots and pans in unit.

You need to bring your own linens and bedding plus bath towels, paper products and toiletries. Queen sheets, 1 set Full sheets, 3 sets of Twin sheets
Dogs must be leashed at all times. Sheets or cushion protectors must be used on the couches during your stay. There is a $175 fee per dog per week.
If couches do not remain covered during your stay and stains or pet hair is found you will be charged $200 for cleaning fee.

My summers growing up revolved around Wildwood. We have pictures of me on the beach only 3 months old. I have so many special memories, my wish is for everyone to have some too!

Why they chose this property

I got very lucky to find this place when I did through a friend. I had the goal of getting my own place in Wildwood but when the opportunity came and it was one property from the beach and could see the ocean from the kitchen and living room and the boards it was a dream come true. The location and neighbors have been beyond my wildest dreams.

Our location makes your time here that much better! 30 feet from the beach and board walk is amazing!
