Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please make sure all trash from unit (trash and recyclables are picked up Wed and Sat am) has been removed.

Please return the key to the lockbox.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No smoking in condo, on deck or on community property per condo association.

We love fur babies, unfortunately, no pets are allowed per condo association.

Trash and recyclables are picked up on Saturday and Wednesday morning. Please make sure all trash is removed before your departure.
