This condo is very spacious! Located in a clean, conveniently located building just a short drive from the popular Pier Park area, this unit provides a home away from home. With a wrap around balcony on the 3rd floor, views of the west pool, the beach, and the sun setting are a definite plus! The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, Gulf view bay window, private balcony door, a large bathroom with double vanities and a deep garden tub with separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed with a full private bathroom and a view of the beach. The 3rd bedroom has two queen size beds and a full bathroom as well. The Bunk area has two bunk beds and will sleep 4 people (max. 135 lbs. on top bunks.) Our Living room has a Loveseat with a full size sleeper, a large sofa, two recliners and a dining area that may seat up to 14. Two large pools and two hot tubs are available outside and there is a heated indoor pool as well. The Fitness room has a spa area with two hot tubs, sauna, shower and steam rooms. There is a game room and a family theatre also on site. Waves Restaurant, a market with Starbucks coffee and ice cream, a Tiki bar and beach chair service are also available on site during prime season. Hours are limited in the Winter season. In this large unit, families may enjoy the luxury of being together at the Beach with enough room for some private time as well! This home is approx. 15 minutes from the PCB International Airport with a covered parking garage and enclosed walkway from garage to building. Located minutes from upscale shopping, dining and activity areas but far enough for some peaceful quiet time, this location is perfect for a relaxing family vacation! Please note, I only accept bookings from the primary renter who will be staying in the condominium unit. If the required information in the rental agreement is not submitted within 8 hours of the booking request, your booking request will be denied. Thank you for your interest in my property.

Pictures do not do this condo justice! We have stayed at PCB so many times but this was by far our favorite condo! Had plenty of space for our large family and was so peaceful being on the end of the resort. The location was perfect! Condo was extremely clean! Anna was so easy to book with and made sure we had everything we needed beforehand! 10/10 recommend this place!

Perfect Getaway!!

We had a group of 12 from age 4 to adults and had such an amazing stay! The communication was thorough and easily available for any needs. The unit itself was so spacious, beds comfy, air was great, and all the amenities you could ever need. Easy beach access and great pools. The Starbucks on site was so great in the mornings! We loved this booking and would definitely stay again in future.

Stay was absolutely amazing. We love the condo. The only problem we had is the elevator was very slow, especially peak times ! The condo we rented was on the 3rd floor . We could take the stairs except when we had a luggage cart . The condo itself was amazing. we had a wonderful view of the pool and the ocean .

Thanks for the great review of our condo! We love being on the 3rd floor for the amazing view as well as easy access to the beach and amenities. Tidewater actually has 7 elevators which are express elevators, however one is currently out of service for maintenance updates. Understandably during peak season everyone seems to need them at the same time. That is a common problem in most of the beach resorts during peak season. I'm sad that it cost me one star, but I sincerely appreciate the "four stars" and the review! Thanks again for booking with me!

Family Vacation

Condo is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated. My family of 11, 6 adults and 5 children (ages 5-14) enjoyed the large living space and wrap around balcony. The property is a wonderful space for families. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for large family vacation!

Great views and room was very spacious

The room was spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. Being on the beach was wonderful. Had great balcony chairs & tables for enjoying the view. The pool was nice as well. The manager communicated very well throughout the process. It was challenging getting to the room & check out as there is only 1 elevator.

We actually have (7) elevators in Tidewater, but one is being refurbished at this time, and the other 6 may have been busy during this busy season. That is a common problem in many towers on the beach. All elevators seem to have occasional issues, but I'm hopeful that the new refurbished one will be a start to more speedy check-ins and efficiency. Thanks again for booking with me!

Beautiful condo in a great location

This condo was perfect for tge holiday week with multiple families. Anna was great to communicate with and had everything in the condo. The amount of electric plugs, towels, and supplies were great. Even included the beach backpack chairs for off season. Highly recommend the resort and this end unit.

Great place, wonderful owner!

This unit is so spacious and was very well stocked with necessities and extras. Our kids loved the bunk room- it was just right for 4 kids 8-10years old. Anna was very easy to contact and “checked in” to make sure everything was up to par! The building is very large, so we definitely got our steps in. Hope to stay again!

Why they chose this property

The VIEW!!! This property is only a one-day drive from Nashville TN. The new Airport is located only 15 minutes from this beachfront property! The size, location and comfort of this unit ensures that everyone staying here will have room to relax & enjoy their own space in a beautiful setting. The on-site amenities & local area attractions add to the overall package that make this a great place to be.

What makes this property unique

The wrap around balcony on the west end has a spectacular view.
The lower 3rd floor allows for easy access to load items in & out or get to the pool & beach. There is no need to wait on the elevator if you are able to walk up and down stairs. The location is perfect. Most everything is within walking distance or a short driving distance. We are near popular Pier Park but far enough away to offer some relief from crowds and traffic. We have installed a RING doorbell for additional security in this unit.
