Beautiful and Comfortable One Bedroom Basement Apartment

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Beautiful and comfortable one bed room apartment in the lower portion of my newly built home. Excellent location near many amenities: 5 Minute drive to HW 410, Airport is only 25 min away, Shopping area restaurants and other facilities on walking distance.

There is a children park near the house.
Trinity common mall is 5 min drive

One parking spot is included.
Public Transport is available at the door step

Very dirty and loud

To start, there wasn’t really a parking space as advertised. Had to park half on their sidewalk tight to another car and partially on the sidewalk. Was worried about getting fined. The place was very dirty, lots of dust, the bathroom smelled terrible, lots of stuff splattered on the walls. The bed was HORRIBLE. We got an air mattress to sleep on the second night because the bed was so hard and creaky. The neighbours were partying all night and were extremely noisy. The stomping upstairs through the night was brutal. Would not recommend staying here.

Great Location

Everything we were expecting from the pictures that we saw on the site. Was within 9 minutes if you wanted to go out to restaurants to eat and manager responded quickly with all the questions I had online.
