Unique, historical cabin in Brampton forest.

These guests seemed friendly and enjoying their stay at the cabin & enjoying pool and facilities. After departure, we found the cabin left quite disorderly. Furniture moved indoors & deck chairs allover the property, seat cushions, area rug outside & dishes left. The guest left a dirty toilet, excessive dog hair indoors, front mat that had to be disposed. The gardens were trampled in two places damaged by the dog and some by the guest by admission. The guests claimed negative comments were made to them but without verification. We wish the guests safe journey and close the transaction.

We are sorry for Shaun who is poor at reading comprehension. We cannot understand how difficult it is to retrieve a key from a lockbox. This beautiful little cabin is historical and a heritage building, not a hotel, inside a private property & old growth forest. Situated at the end of a private road, the cabin is totally restored with everything new, 100 cotton bedding, fluffy pillows wood flooring, appliances, AC, Starlink etc. Shaun knows how to stretch a story and insulted many people he disturbed before he arrived. The historical cedar cabin is clean and snug. Shaun wanted drywall and we are sorry there’s no need for that in a seasonal cabin. Shaun had all sorts of complaints before he opened the door. Shaun is an unhappy person in general. Days inn always has room, this lovely private cabin is an experience.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed with the very clean cabin in the woods. This unique and rustic cedar cabin is everything presented in multiple pictures and written description. This poor review did not say they hadn’t received what is listed. The listing actually has more amenities then listed. The cabin is listed as seasonal. There was no communication regarding the water however, as they told staff, there was a water dispenser with extra bottles provided. No evidence nor communication provided concerning “ holes in walls”?! The cabin is set on a community of other cabins and I’m concerned these guests. “ chased off” alleged people walking in the evening with flashlights. This guest used the bathroom sink as a toilet. There was food wrapped into the new bedding, food and poop on floor, overflowing garbage and many liquor bottles. The dog poop was not cleaned up on the property and damage to the landscape by the dog digging holes. Garbage & cigarette butts everywhere on the grounds. The fire pit was broken. In closing I will say that I reviewed this guest stay before attending the property. They seemed ok… I would not rent an outhouse to this guest.
