It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to town. Proximity to other popular spots such as Morro Bay, Cambria, and San Luis Obispo make this a perfect home base for other adventures on the Central Coast. Away from the noise of traffic, yet close enough to the action!

A well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with Ocean Views, this charming condo offers accommodations for 4. It is an open concept floor plan with comfortable furnishings including king and queen beds in the master and second bedrooms, living room sofa and chairs, and large expandable dining table.

Other amenities include a Smart TV in both the living room and master bedroom with Direct TV and internet access. The master suite has Panoramic Ocean Views with beach decor and a soaking tub. The second bedroom and full bathroom are on the main floor. Fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances and filtered water. 2 Car Garage, new Washer, Dryer, and a Gas Grill as well.
