HOLIDAY SEASON: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted. These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.

Important: This property is a duplex with 2 separate and self-contained homes that share a wall. In some cases you may be able to hear the guests in the adjoining unit. Laundry is shared in the garage between both units and there is shared parking in the driveway area, each home has 2 parking spaces for guests. Please be conscientious of the guests in the other unit during your stay.

Important: Home sits on a bluff and does not have direct beach access, there is a path very near by for beach access.
