Eymet studio

Nice little studio, conveniently situated on the outskirts of the village. Facilities exactly as described. Was nice to be able to walk into village rather than drive. Hosts were friendly and available if required.

Great location, short walk into the village.Very secluded & secure property with parking which was a bonus. Very comfortable studio apartment with a lovely outside area & swimming pool. Only negative was we would have liked a change of towels during our 10 night stay & the TV was not working. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Two weeks in Southern Dordogne.

We booked this lovely Private Property with its own Pool as a base to explore Chateau’s and vineyards of the Region. Sadly the weather was mixed with Sun, Cloud and Rain, in equal proportions. The town of Eymet is vibrant with a good choice of Restaurants and Bars. The large Thursday Market is not to be missed.There are also a couple of Fine Dining restaurants waiting to be discovered. A fairly large British presence who appear to have blended in well with the local population. We just ‘made do’ with the unusually mixed weather and enjoyed the Lifestyle of the Region. Our Hosts at the Property Xavier and Veronique were most welcoming and there to help if needed. Would definitely recommend.

Exactly as described, lovely.

We had a fantastic week in this studio at Eymet. The studio had everything we needed and the pool is really nice, set in a pretty garden. There is even a covered parking space for your car. The studio is only a short walk away from the bastide town of Eymet where there are a number of bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket and petrol station a short drive in the other direction. Veronique is a fantastic host. We should have booked 2 weeks.

Lovely studio with the use of a pool.

Everything about the Albizia Studio is perfect, the décor is of a high standard, is well equipped & with a superb shower/wetroom. The bed is really comfortable too! Located on the edge of the village there is no need to drive out for an evening meal as there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance in Eymet. The local supermarket is 5 minutes walk and stocks all the usual essentials. We had a very relaxing time in this gem of a holiday let. Peter and Carol

Lovely place to stay let down by the bed only

A lovely really well equipped place to stay in a great location let down only by a really uncomfortable and noisy bed we both had constant back ache and every time you moved the metal bed creaked and squeaked. I was a shame as everything else was perfect.

Great Accomodation & Location

After carrying out a lot of research about where to stay during our holiday to Eymet we decided on Albiza Studio and what a great choice. Very Modern, spotlessly clean and a very short walk to all the restaurants and Bars in Eymet which was what we were after. The pool was ideal and the surrounding gardens were very well maintained. The location was very quiet and only 20mins from the airport, another big plus. Veronique was an excellent good host and I very much recommend a stay here if you are visiting Eymet or the surrounding area. Thank You Veronique and we hope to visit again next summer.

Beautiful and chic

If you are about to stay here then you are in for a lovely treat. The place is spotlessly clean and so tastefully decorated that My Wife and I really felt the need to leave it as we found it. The pool was gorgeous, the family so welcoming and accommodating. A short walk into the Bastide town of Eymet and there you had some lovely restaurants and bars. Had a great break...would recommend as excellent value for money

Bon accueil agréable, le + les tomates du jardin déposées en cadeau, bouteille d eau fraîche et de vin rosé. Très sympathique. Merci encore Véronique et Xavier. Studio joli, très bien aménagé et très propre. La piscine est bien venue après les balades. Je conseille vivement cet endroit.

Très belle semaine passée à Eymet. Très charmant village, très reposant. Mr et Mme Thévenet sont très accueillants, très compréhensifs et très ouvert. Nous avons pu profiter de la belle piscine. Le studio est agréable et le jardin très apaisant. L'endroit idéal pour recharger les batteries !
