The American kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave. The residence is located in a large park with swimming pool and tennis. from the terrace you will have a magnificent view over the gardens and the bay of Cannes. a parking space is available. you can reach the beaches on foot in 8 minutes or the old port of Cannes in 10 minutes (4 minutes by car).
