Seafront and panoramic view of the entire bay of Cannes. Five minutes walk from the old port and less than 10 minutes from the Palais des Festivals. Close to shops and Fortville market.

Large terrace of 22 m2 on the sea and two balconies terraces on the back with very nice view of Le Suquet (old Cannes).

Completely refurbished with wi fi, flat screen TV, air conditioning in the three large bedrooms (between 15 and 20 m2).
