The property is known as Dolphin Run Condos. My unit has been upgraded with new stainless steel ceramic top stove, granite top counters, a new king bed in the master bedroom and fresh painting with cheery ocean colors. You can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean waves and the boats going out and returning from the marina VIA Rudee's Inlet. At times you may see the dolphins running! For those who like fishing, you can fish right off the pier in Rudee's Inlet or go across the street and arrange a deep sea fishing expedition. While most will want to enjoy the beach, the property has an indoor pool that is kept at 84 degs. year round. The lobby is large and with an expansive view of the beach. Please view all the pictures. See #'s 35 and 36 of the Kiddie Park out front on the beach.

Great location. Nice ocean views. South part of the strip a tad less crowded. Wateremans right next door is awesomeI am a local who moved from the area and come back a few times yearly to visit friends and the beach so I know the area well and places to stay on the strip and this is a great option.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great ocean view, bedrooms were clean and very large, extra beach toys and chairs if you needed anything. I also really appreciated the extra help with additional parking at the property. Would definitely stay here again.

We did not have adequate hot water in the bathroom shower and the water pressure is terrible in both sink and shower nearest the entrance to th unit.The television did not work to watch the Super Bowl in our unit. The TvS are too old so we had to watch the Super Bowl in the lobby which was very cold despite turning the heater up. The pool Is closed for renovations which was not mentioned on vrbo or by the owner. This pool was the primary reason I chose the facility for a winter get away. There were roaches in the dishwasher this morning. The elevator 1 was not working and the second one was making loud noises every time it was used. The directions for entrance coming from email and text is confusing. And we spent 899 dollars for a 3 day stay in a sub par facility. Also 1 towel per guest is not enough for a 3 days stay. The ocean very was nice.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, close to the ocean, local attractions, and easy to get around. Our family loved being able to walk right out to the beach and pier. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of space for the whole family to relax after long beach days, and the kitchen made meals super convenient.The host was responsive and helpful, which made check-in and our entire stay stress-free. This trip gave us great memories, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Dolphin Run

We were in town for work but wanted to stay close to the beach. We had a great view of the ocean. The condo was clean and check in and out were super easy. The boardwalk, ocean and many restaurants are so close. It was a great visit!

Perfect honeymoon accommodation

Overall the property was nice. Unfortunately the kitchen had ants in the dishwasher and some roaches. The Master bath also had roaches. The wifi info in the condo was incorrect and there was no info on the amenities of the facility. Also, the pool was closed when we were there.

Wonderful beach vacation

What a stunning building! It offers a serene atmosphere, convenient onsite parking, and direct access to the beautiful beachfront. With fantastic restaurants and charming shops just a leisurely stroll away, and its close proximity to the Navy base, this location couldn’t be more perfect. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

The property is perfectly located to beach front. The issue we found was that, although, non smoking, there was a lot of smoking from neighboring balconies, which made it hard for us to fully enjoy ours. The unit is nice just not as clean as we would have liked. Howard and his team were great at responding to our questions and concerns during our stay. Overall, we would probably stay again just maybe in the off season might be better.

Dolphin Run Condos

Everything was great! Howard was great with everything we needed. He even went as far as to help us with parking in the event our vehicle didn't fit in the parking deck. We didn't need it fortunately but he went the extra mile to communicate with us. I wish the property would've had an outdoor pool though. Would definitely go back.

Our stay was wonderful! Check in process and codes all worked and was super easy. Communication with Howard’s was quick and efficient and helpful whenever I did have a question. The ocean was beautiful, saw lots of dolphins. Location is awesome and within walking distance of all the fun shops and cool restaurants. The condo building itself is older but it was clean and stocked nicely and all the furniture was comfortable. We really had no complaints and I would definitely come back to this same unit again!

Why they chose this property

Close to Richmond where I live. Can be there in 2 hours which makes it very convenient. Right on the ocean and boardwalk. Covered deck free parking space for owner or guests.

Living room balcony overlooking ocean and Rudee Inlet to watch the boats exit and enter and to frequently see the dolphins.
