Walking distance to shopping, grocery store (right behind the building), restaurants, attractions, & only 1.5 blocks from the BEACH and the Boardwalk!

The building has a large pool, barbecue area, and offers a secure entrance which can only be accessed through a security code. It also has on-site, permitted parking! (2 spaces)
