This House is like your own. It is perfectly constructed. With 2 flats and Toilettes on each, perfect. All is reasonably arranged.TV and other Electronics are available.A nice Garden with wild laurel trees and Oleander makes it agreable to have some relaxing vacations. Not to forget a terrace onFirst Flat. In the afternoon with starting shadow due to overhanging trees it makes life cozy with some Drinks. Also the kitchen is more than well equiped and excellent.

Great location

Hello, we loved our stay in Arcachon in the Ville D’hiver. The house was close to Arcachon centre, the market and the Pereire beach. Our only issue was that the house was hot at night, even with the shutters closed all day. No fans were provided.

We absolutely loved this very well equipped house - the location was perfect, being able to walk into town, walk to beautiful beaches and the glorious Parc Mauresque nearby much appreciated by our dog.The hosts were very helpful, especially when we proved incapable of getting TV to work! We were unfamiliar with the style of the key box so possibly some instructions might help, but this is probably just another technology failing on my part! We were sad to leave - though with even hotter weather coming fans might be needed! Would love to return and will recommend to others.

A wonderful home from home in the beautiful’ Arcachon’!

We were lucky to stumble on this beautiful two bedroom villa in the wonderful ‘winter town’ of Arcachon, with all its stunning architecture and spotless surroundings. The villa truly felt like a home from home and felt very relaxing, with the choice of a sunny veranda on the first floor or a shaded garden at ground level. The home had everything that was needed,from relaxing indoors to alfresco dining. Parking wasn’t a problem, with spaces directly located in front of the property. It was the perfect location to be able to access town, the beautiful ‘ Mauresque’ park, stunning beaches and the whole Arcachon Bassin. We would definitely come again to this quirky, happy, magical home!

Très agréable maison confortable, tout équipée et très bien décorée au coeur du quartier historique de la ville d'hiver à Arcachon. Au milieu de somptueuses villas de la fin du XIXème siècle, l'environnement est ultra calme, très reposant sans un bruit et pourtant si proche à pied du centre-ville en descendant la rue Pasteur (10min tout au plus)Ce quartier hors du temps nous compte son histoire à chaque coins de rue et devant chacun de ses bâtisses. C'est fabuleux !Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce séjour, les hôtes sont très sympathiques, leur communication parfaite et les modalités d'accès facilitées.Merci pour votre accueil.
