Maison très spacieuse, mais un peu vétuste. Elle mériterait d’être rafraîchie.La cuisine est exiguë et pas très fonctionnelle.Le ménage devrait être plus approfondi.Le plus : les 3 salles de bain et les 3 toilettes.Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Maison tres agreable confortable , tres propre et tout à disposition . Les chambres sont spacieuses Beau jardin et une terrasse ou il fait bon prendre son petit dejeuner , flaner , rêver.Nous avons apprécié également la disponibilité des propriétaires ,courtois, à l ecoute. C etait tres rassurant pour nous . Nous avions le sentiment d etre chez des amis..tres agréable.Pour les enfants ballons table de ping-pong à disposition.La situation géographique est idéale proximité et en même temps tranquillité pour les petites promenades du matin ou du soirMerci de votre accueil .A plus tard. Nous reviendrons.

Séjour en famille nombreuses

Avant notre arrivée, nous avons été contactés pour connaître les modalités d'entrée.Un accueil au Top ! Professionnel, amical et simple... Bref tout ce qu'on aime pour les vacances ! Merci à la Conciergerie ! La maison est parfaitement équipée que ce soit pour la cuisine, les divertissements ou le barbecue. Les 3 salles de bains sont fonctionnelles et très appréciées pour un groupe de 7 personnes. Pas de climatisation, mais la maison conserve la fraîcheur, nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur Le jardin est clôturé et très arboré. La plage et les commerces sont accessibles à 25 min à pied. Je recommande, c'est un tres bel endroit idéalement situé a proximité des sites touristiques : dune du pilat, cap ferret, bassin d'Arcachon, Biscarosse

Une maison très agréable, idéalement située

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette très agréable maison, idéalement placée. Nous avons apprécié la générosité de l'accueil, notamment l'accès libre aux jeux et jouets de la famille. La communication avec le propriétaire a été très facile, il s'est montré très disponible, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Excellent séjour dans une maison très agréable

Maison bien placée en hauteur du Pyla, très ombragée par les pins. Parfaite pour une semaine, avec tout l'aménagement nécessaire. Agence très réactive, et arrivée et départ ultra rapide.

Agréable maison de famille dans les pins

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison familiale spacieuse et très bien équipée. On a l’impression d’être chez nous les propriétaires laissant tout à disposition. Très bonne localisation au calme et à 15mn des plages du bassin. Contact très sympathique avec les propriétaires et l’agence. On espère revenir une prochaine fois

Maison tout à fait conforme à l'annonce et à la description. Spacieuse pour 9/10 personnes, bien située dans une belle région. Très bien équipée tant pour les adultes que pour les enfants. Je recommande.
